The father of a 4-year-old boy lost in the California wilderness for 22 hours described his son's rescue as "the best day of my life." KSEE's Ben Morris reports.

Where were the tracking dogs?
Tell your kids to NEVER walk into the woods alone. It's easy to get lost. Someone should invent a waterproof watch for kids that has a GPS locator built into it.

Cold heart there? We lost our 4 year old. Police neighbors all hunting for him He was on the balcony of a different townhouse. 15 minutes.

Don't be so jaded. If you had a toddler who went missing in the woods you'd be freaked out too. And glad when he was found safe. The odds were against him.
Miracles have a low bar these days.
