I can't believe that four years have elapsed since this video was shot. Allie was only thirteen when she made this video, and I still consider it one of her best performances. I would love to hear her sing it now, at the age of seventeen. Her voice control has improved immensely in that four years, and I think a performance of it from her today would be literally unbelievable. She has the perfect voice for this song.

I can't remember if a song ever made me cry before. But this performance brought tears to my eyes.. BOTH TIMES I WATCHED IT!!

Why would anyone dislike this video. This girl is young, clearly talented with an amazing voice. But to top it off she learned and plays an instrument. I guess some people only like the fake, studio created, multi-platinum auto-tune people who have ZERO talent. I call them "people" because they don't deserve to be called artist. Keep doing what you do Allie because you are, in fact, an artist.

That's called an Irish "lilt" its due to her Irish accent. A good example of this lilt is Dolores O'Riordan from the The Cranberries or Janet Devlin from the X factor.
