I converted to Islam my parents are Hindu. My mother hates the religion of Islam. She practices black majic worshiping Idols. I grew up noticing the people around her whom upset her Who were not protected by Allah had evil things happen to them. She even says proudly who ever crosses my path gets there reward. I understand what Shiekh is saying, my mum does not want me in this religion or want me to be married. I make dua and pray Allah guides her to the straight path. Ameen

Mashallah I am a revert from hinduism to islam. I used to be very islamaphobic and I was a devout hindu. I started studying islam with not political lense and I started to realize islam was a good religion. I understand hindu principles and I understand their religion. I respect them. I don't like it when Muslims curse hinduuism or Hindus curse Islam. It's a very vicious cycle.

I am an Indian so I understand the scene..here my Hindu (non Muslim) friends basically don't even know true Islam I Mean say "it's their ego who make their heart blind ...they argue on typical topics like why prophet pbuh) marry 11 women and Aisha radiallhuanha (May Allah be please with her) . They are also humans having enough intelligence to accept the truth of Allah but unfortunately we can give them Dawah only.. It's only and only Allah who can guide them. Please pray for Indian Muslim and reverts... May Allah help us having good hold on our iman.

I was also part of forums about multi religious things. I once watched some videos from rahman mangera too. And this not only islam, but atleast 3 other religions too. But what I've thought with all this is, there is no single explanation for anything. There are multiple good ways or paths and you get peace if you follow any one of the good things. What do you think? Like do you believe there is only 1 true religion?

And my reply was because you can never say all Indians are doing wrong, because there has been protest from Indians only See no one is 100% wrong. After Bjp came there was boost in defense productions, kashmir laws, etc. But they're creating communal violence, divisive politics, extremism and total capitalism, taking away freedom of speech that is the problem.

This is an excellent commentary. I recall reading somewhere about Muhammad Bin Qasem when on an expedition at the invitation of the persecuted people of a Raja in Sindh, he asked the accompanied scholar about the Hindus. He was told that the Hindus are a people of the book and since it is a very old religion it was victim to corruption. In their holy scriptures, there is the mention of Prophet Muhammad’s coming in Arabia and it mentions his name (PBUH). Then the case of a Hindu Raja in the South who witnessed the Shaqq ul Qamar. When he asked his religious priests, they told him that this event is mentioned In Hindus holy scripture and it will be performed by a prophet of God who will come in Arabia. It is said that the Raja left his state and went to Mecca to meet the Holy Prophet. He accepted Islam and he was advised by the Holy Prophet to return to your country and spread the message and even sent one of the Sihaba Malik bin Dinar if I remember the name correctly to help him in this mission. One can see this on the internet if one google the earliest Muslim in India. The descendants of this Raja are still in India. It is souther state along the Indian Ocean coast.

The state is Kerala. It's a true incident. The king was watching the night sky as he suddenly noticed the moon split for a second and come back together. He was amazed. He asked many scholars. Nobody had an answer. Then some of his men overheard Arab traders talking about a Prophet in Mecca and he performed this miracle recently. The king immediately set out to meet this messenger. He met the Prophet Muhammed and accepted Islam. He is mentioned in Hadith books as "Shakrooti Farmal" ie "Chakravarthy Perumal". While returning back to Kerala he fell ill when he reached Oman. As he lay dying he missed Kerala. It is said that Allah gave Salalah the feel of Kerala. His tomb is there in Salalah Oman. Before he died he told his men to construct a Masjid in Kerala. It is called the "Cheraman Perumal" mosque (Thrissur) and is said to be the first mosque in India.

Jews actually is the name of the tribe called judah who was one of the son of nabi(prophet)yakub also called jacob aka israil aka isreal in latin language. Who is the son of ishaq the second born of prophet ibrahim.(who was one of the mightest prophet of allah azzawajjal and was also an arab born in iraq aka babylon). and further frm his progeny thy (israelites) where chosen by allah azzawajjal and blessed with many prophet's and revelations to their respective prophets.like turah injeel and zabur. In a nut shell Allah Azzawajjal chose nations for his revelations and message the religion is same the revelations are same the covenants are same the prophets are same the message is the same of every prophet's ..and that's worship none but allah alone and the way of life that he commanded to his creation is islam(in a a nut shell.!as per his revelation that he gave through his prophets).so if you're deluded by you're ignorance the answer is knowledge.you should speak the amount of knowledge you have. that's what wise people do.if not you're an ignorant.

I know about Abrahamic religions and Dharmic religions both. These are the 2 big ones. If people find inner peace with what they believe and ofcourse without violence, I don't think there's any problem. Some people may believe in one god or some may not. Some of the idols worship in India could be Prophets of Allah sent to the nation of Indian lands. We don’t know, so it’s wrong to talk ill about them. I have listened to narration’s of Krishna n Murugar n I have great respect for them. Allah knows the best.

What he means is that Christians are People of the Book. They are not considered polytheists, irrespective of statues you would see in Catholic churches, which is just one branch of Christianity. Other branches don’t have statues. Some don’t depict Jesus at all.

@@shirkophobe The title "People of the Book" doesn't mean they are not polytheists. All major churches orthodox, Catholic, protestant, Anglican, Evangelical, assyrian etc are polytheists who teach trinity and say Jesus is Allah. Allah said "They have certainly disbelieved who say, "Allah is the Messiah, the son of Mary" while the Messiah has said, "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates others with Allah - Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers." لَقَدْ كَفَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْمَسِيحُ ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ ۖ وَقَالَ ٱلْمَسِيحُ يَـٰبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ ٱعْبُدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ رَبِّى وَرَبَّكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ مَن يُشْرِكْ بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدْ حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ ٱلْجَنَّةَ وَمَأْوَىٰهُ ٱلنَّارُ ۖ وَمَا لِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ مِنْ أَنصَارٍ Very clear. When Qur'an mentions that some of them can get to Paradise its only referring to those who Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him didn't reach but they still died worshipping only One God. Moreover, being a polytheist is not limited to statues and a person can by a polytheist without making any statues at all. Such is the case of atheists for example.

@@MiloBoz Yes, but the People of the Book have a station since they received revelation. We are not to treat them as we do other disbelievers. This is of course, in an Islamic state under shariah. That’s why they pay the dhimmi tax

Not only is this in opposition to the Qur'an but it shows he himself is an idol worshipper.. since he thinks people who believe Jesus is Allah and have churches full of images they call upon are not idol worshippers. Christians may not be the idol worshippers of Mecca which are specifically mentioned in the Qur'an, but still they are polytheists generally. This type of thing is common with sufis unfortunately. Before I came to Islam I was Christian and I didn't even believe Jesus is Allah. But technically I was still a polytheist because I never accepted Islam and was still identifying with the orthodox Church which teaches Jesus is Allah like all the main churches do.

I am a Sikh now learning interfaith Studies......I don't consider it's necessary to convert to Islam for Salvation...our Sikh Gurus have taught us to have Devotion to Waheguru ( one supreme God ) and we believe in Reincarnation and Karma ....
