I feel it reconnecting me to life itself, the inner feeling of sheer connection itself, reminding that our physical senses are the medium of extrasensory perception. I feel the same; and what’s wild is I’ve been thinking so much of Freyja lately. This is fortuitous and perfect.

This makes me think of a scene in one of the late Terry Pratchett's books called Wyrd Sisters. There's something wrong with the kingdom and the three witches can sense it, so Nanny Og says they should do a Conjury to talk to a demon to get answers. But Magrat, the youngest and slightly more theatrical of them says you can't do it in a washroom because you need cauldron, and magic swords and wands and all sorts of stuff. Granny Weatherwax says you just need "headology" to do it. It's not what it is physically but what it means to you and she uses a wooden spoon, wash board and soap flakes to call the demon into the laundry wash bin. Granny's "Headology" is basically about doing the stuff you need to do with what you have on hand. A wooden spoon can be a magic wand when creating a meal, even a plastic broom can be a banishing tool to sweep out dust and bad things. It sounds like Freya is saying something similar. Just do as you will with what you have. You don't need fancy things to do witchcraft.

I am indigenous in nature, not of the north but since childhood I’ve always been drawn to that of northern indigenousness such as this and I have to tell you, this makes me realise more than ever that the Gods and Goddesses will reach far and wide to touch you the moment you let them. I feel like this video was Freyja reaching out and giving me a gentle and loving caress to let me know she is here for me if I allow her. This subject matter particularly makes me believe that even more so because just 3 days ago I learned about the significance of my skin in regards to its colour -something I’ve often wondered why I chose this form for incarnation due to the…challenges that come with it socially I suppose-and now to have this. It’s wonderful. Not to mention something I’ve found myself challenged with are the tools, I know they work but I also K N O W that they’re just a stand in and so crave that removal of that simulacrum. And now this….I take this as a mighty sign that I should begin truly moving on the conviction that I am not separate from anything. My greatest heartfelt thanks for this message and upload.
