I needed a mental health reset y'all because mental health struggles are real and mental illness is something that many battle with! We should be talking about this more! Life can be tough, and we all get knocked down. In this life, we all struggle in our own way, but I'm sure we can relate to the idea that sometimes it just takes a little while to get back on your feet. Even for a positive person like myself, eventually, you have to let yourself feel all the emotions, and I've learned that it is okay to be sad. It is totally okay to have bad days and to take a break from everything. I put my life on pause for a few months, and now I'm feeling happy again, like mai mai herself! I'm inspired and I'm motivated because I've really learned how to work through the pain I'm experiencing, instead of ignoring it. I've incorporated so many new things into my day through this experience that I would love to share! I hope this helps some of you out there also going through the "rough stages", the trials of this life! You are strong and I believe that you can dance your way through this!
