Sir need some advice. I have around 6 month experience have done with final interview with nagarro the last hr round. So should I switch as would be getting around 30-40% hike current just was looking for diffrence job due to the fact I really don't like the current package and environment of the company that i currently work. So if I get a offer from nagaro should i switch as 6 months would be a good time to switch and not affect my resume in long term.

It depends but in case of a mba guy mostly you will work in hr , buisness analyst doesn't matter from you graduate there life is much harsh they are always under stress to sell the product or get more clients. Software developer comparatively have a better life and if you are a software guy you will get a chance in future if you continue growth and have good communication and relation skills to lead software teams and join the higher decission making cader without mba too they will mostly push you for a dummy mba corse . But if you directly jump in to mba boat in starting of your career it's mostly no way out

@@diptimanbhattacharya9353 It depends on the company to company. You need to put some hard in a product based company whereas you can easily clear and survive in a Service based MNC. Moreover, Service based MNCs have lots of clients and projects. If something goes wrong in a product based MNC, the they will try to shut down that company in India.

Yha life Ki koi security nahi Hai and people are worrying about job security 😂. If you give these so called engineers a page to build with html CSS n JavaScript or a spring boot application with 2 or 3 entities with a little bit complexion or creativity then around 80% of working professionals will fail to build that because they don't practice enough ,no creativity, no innovation nothing and also I worked in lots of real world project or client projects n only at few occasions got any challenging and creative work means got any new feature to develop from scratch most of the time same shitty work bug fixes, small enhancements ,debugging whole day and then came to know I don't have to write any code logic here but to remove one or two lines of pre existing code don't know what rocket science IT companies give their employees to work on so there is a performance issue comes . And in Bangalore only there are 67000 IT companies so it took 67000 years of time to work on all these even if you want to work in all these companies just for1 year. Keep yourself active on code chef ,geeks for geeks ,frontend mentor like websites as well with linked in. Just not run for jobs stay curious to learn . And remember to succeed in any field you need to be in rigorous practice.

@@salaar75 To learn the concepts I mainly prefer udemy or official docs with some youtube example videos then try to implement it by making some clones of pre existing web sites ,to solve the assignements while doing any internal learning program/course within the organisation and by working in real projects or by building some pocs related to it. Its not like first learn every thing and then build some thing but to decide what you want to build and learn accordingly and implement it simultaneously.

Yeah the present company is not my dream company but it's my dream job. It's a designing job. It's a creative field. Next will be Meraverse. So I am learning 3D-animation. Ab laid off se mujhe darr nahi lagta... because another job is waiting for me.
