Dough is bad too bad, too heavy and unhealthy... Never use brioche to make buger, it is too heavy dough and he or she use too much sugar... This is bad food.

The level of care put into these burgers is matched only by Spongebob tucking pickles under a cheese blanket and reading them a bedtime story.

I'm mostly impressed by how disciplined he is. Not only will he make an amazing burger, but every customer will consistently get the same amazing burger every time, because he weighs things, dates things, and is clean. Excellent sense of ownership.

That’s a labour of love! Even the bread is a great depth, so people aren’t paying for them height in a burger. I want to watch the tomato slicer close up repeatedly. I once had a bit of a blip with a salad spinner. I was merrily working through several lettuces, washing & spinning, of course I got bored. I wasn’t concentrating and it fly all over 😂 finely cut lettuce everywhere 😂 and water of course

Unfortunately, people have been mislead about vegetable (seed) oil, so all of these works were for naught. Seed oil was in everything from mayo to deep fryers. Foods need to be thrown out.

No overdub telling us how "good" this burger is. The sights and sounds of a kitchen, with only hands and the necessary tools doing the talking. That's how it should be, pure ASMR right here. But if we’re going for value I agree even with drink and fries 15 bucks is pushing it. That’s like beach prices. Sadly though there are places who regularly charge more for worse food so it could end up being that price soon because of demand.
