Not a good look for the church if they do. Security reason wise, no one really wants to kill the pope because there's no benefit in doing so. Money wise, the church really isn't as rich as people make them out to be. Museums and art are very hard to liquidate and a lot of the money tends to get dispersed across the globe for the maintenance of thousands of churches.

It wouldn't be cost effective at all. The Pope only travels once in a while, but while the plane isn't being used, it would either sit idle or they would need to rent it out. Then add in maintenance, staffing, etc. Better to just rent one from a company which specializes in it (an airline) and let them take care of the plane for the 99% of its lifetime that the Pope isn't using it.

Unless a flight attendant had taken vows she would not be a religious sister. (And contrary to common usage, not all women religious are nuns. Nuns are the female equivalent of monks, and live in cloistered monasteries, whereas religious sisters, like religious brothers ("friars"), live and work "in the world.")
