A Look Back At Sonic Adventure Plushes! ...but for real this time! Yep, this is a reupload, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the original upload so I changed a few things here and there. Anyway... YES. I'm FINALLY done with this video! It's 100% finished, after a good month of working on it. Why did it take that long? Well, there's a number of reasons. One, well, it's 40+ minutes long, obviously it was going to take a good amount of time to make since I had to research, write a script and edit around said script, but we got there in the end. Also, I got sick twice while making it, so that delayed the video a bit, otherwise I probably could have gotten this out a bit sooner. So with that out of the way, here's a few more important things about this video. Basically besides the Knuckles segment, none of the pictures are mine. I've sourced people in the description, you should check them out! If this video interests you they probably will as well. Next up for this series is the ToyBiz Mario Kart 64 figures, I'm sure I can think of something cool to do with that video, pretty excited to make it. Man Gamma always gets the short end of the stick with Sonic merchandise. Im still kinda suprised other companies haven't tried anything. In a twisted way it fits with Gamma's story.

The fact that the material of the Gamma plushes are so prone to self-destruction is tragically poetic. I swear, if you played out the whole perfect storm of Gamma's rapid acceleration towards extinction with the track "Unbound" from his story, I would've teared up all over again. Feelings aside, great job on your coverage here, PatMac! I've just binged through your all of your voiced episodes, and it's been some great stuff! The fate of the plush is somewhat fitting to Gamma's story I suppose, and yes I did think about including Unbound while talking about Gamma haha but decided against it, maybe I could use it in another video regarding Adventure stuff someday. There's so many possibilities for Chao plushes, it's such a missed opportunity by SEGA. But in a perfect world, there's a "Build-a-Chao" workshop somewhere where you can make a Chao plush based off of the Chao you raised in-game.

I once actually saw a big plush in an old 'vintage' shop in Omaha. I tried to convince my parents but they said no. Had they not said no, I could have very well been the owner of a Sonic Adventure Big The Cat plush. And knowing this makes me mad

i was looking on eBay listening to this, and found a Japanese Nights Chao! with the tag!! for a starting bid of $1,400 though, since it doesn't have any bids, i'll keep a close eye on it...though the price probably won't dip below $900 also found a Neutral Chao ($375)

Got the GE Sonic X Sonic and Tails Rerelease Plush

I think it would be wise if someone had a damaged Gamma plush to non-destructively reverse engineer the pattern. At least Gamma could live on one way or another without the vinyl issue. Maybe ice velvet or a particularly shiny minky could work.

I actually kinda like the damage on some of the shoes, it makes it look like they've actually used them!

I think I like the small SEGAWorld Sonic more than the larger ones, so can't complain yeah. How'd you even manage to get him for so cheap? And yeah I think the SA2 Sonic is the best Sonic plush out there, absolutely perfect in my eyes (and you know the SOAP Shoes help it too). I've decided that if one shows up for $150 or something I'd go, but it could be years before that happens, and that's not even considering the rest of the set.

+PatMac Yeah, the small Segaworld Sonic is quite cute, they look quite odd in the large size haha If you ever want to go for a SegaWorld Sally, go for a small. They are cheaper and look better than the larger ones, the large ones honestly look quite bad in my opinion^^

Oh man, I've had that Sonic plush for sooo long and never knew what set/release it was for, as it is missing the tags; I always assumed it was for Adventure, though. I got it at a community yard sale for a few dollars back in the very early 2000s (my sis and I actually fought over it as soon as we saw it.) He's a little rough these days (wish I had taken more care of it - the bottoms of the shoes especially so, and some pilling on the eyes), but he is very loved and one of the only stuffed animals that is still out and about and not in storage. Anyway, randomly stumbled upon this; very informative ^^

I remember when this video came out I found a Big plush going for $100. I got the 25th anniversary plushies instead and now big is worth like $700

I have a shelf that I put my most rarest plush on them, like a trophies substitute to some people. I have gamma, bonzi buddy, bean the dynamite, a prototype of Timmy turner, and chaos from GE sonic line, I know chaos isn’t rare, but as a child I wanted him more than anything. But his high price was always denied as a Christmas or birthday gift since “he’s a stuffed animal” my parents would say. But my first paycheck I bought him. And he’s a personal achievement.

That Choa plushie is just so precious and is so accurate! I'd love to have that lil' guy someday. 💙

That NiGHTS Chao!! I saw it when I was browsing through NiGHTS plushes (which are incredibly expensive and hard to find) on eBay. I think it ran for about $2000, which is nuts! Not even a plush based on NiGHTS is easy to find.

The fact I found the Nights Chao once for around $40 and I DIDN'T buy it hurts me. Sadly I didn't have the money for it at the time >

I have a chaos plush with the same gold thing on his head, he was just 20 dollars and I got him recently, he's 14 inches tall so he's pretty tall. it's really good since it even has white dots to show lighting and the brain on his in game model, his whole body is made of felt even his eyes so he won't wear down I think it's a good pludh, not to mention that he's just 20 dollars in mint condition

that picture of the gamma plush hanging by its string honestly scared me. who would be so careless as to do that? gamma is my favorite sonic character and i would do anything to get a plush of him.

Now let’s wait for sega to give gamma plushes away at random events

Breaking News! Great Eastern Entertainment has just recently released a brand new Plush of E-102 Gamma!

The sonic advanture plush is my favorate sonic plush ever. I love it.

poor Gamma! Thankfully he just got a new plush, but I hope this Gamma from the set gets saved from death, unlike his game counterpart.

just got the american big plush for only $15. pretty good condition, lucky find from a thrift store :P

The GEE E-102 Gamma doesn't use the awful vinyl material
