Such incredible and exciting progress in 2022!! Can hardly wait to see what they do in 2023. A visit to Wentworth Woodhouse is definitely on my bucket list! 🪣 🙂

All this wonderful progress but you still don't see the importance of sandblasting the central columns which can't be a very expensive project relatively speaking. Its dirty aopearance wrecks all the external long shots and makes whle thingnlook really tired.

It isnt to be public!!! Sold to private ownership. Stop use taxpayers money

Hello. Just to clarify, Wentworth Woodhouse is owned by a charitable Buildings Preservation Trust. Our core aim is to open as much as possible of what we have to as many members of the public as we can, and in the six years since we acquired the site, we've been very successful at doing that. We've also brought in significant levels of inward investment which has benefitted many communities in the local area and created a significant number of jobs. It's for these reasons that we are able to secure public funds. All of our fundraising activities support the achievement of our primary vision of using Wentworth Woodhouse as a catalyst for positive change across South Yorkshire.
