I'm so glad to hear another crafter comment on the quick and constant rotation of stamps, dies, and embossing folders. I do NOT feel the need to have all the newest stuff but I hate to see someone's old video and fall in love with a pattern that is no longer made.

Thank you, Lindsay. It`s nice to see products that we in Europe can purchase. My daughter brought me two Cosmic Shimmer blue embossing powders from London and I love them. The embossing powder/nuggets (LOL) comes from fine to very chunky all mixed together in a huge box.

On the Polish, if you hold the jar in both hands and use 2 thumbs to pop it open, much easier. The sponge will stay moist about a week, if you have used them and fished for awhile go ahead and wash the sponge. Use a drop of soap and warm water, swerl around in your hand and rinse, rinse, rinse. Set the sponge sideways on top of the jar and let dry. (Don't want to use wet) Load the applicator with product, whipe, whipe, whipe of the excess and with the applicator flat with embossed paper, very lightly go across the embossed paper, rotate 90 degrees apply again. Rotate and apply product all the way around, that way you cover all the sides of the "humpy bumby's". If the Polish does dry out, use "ink refresher" and it will be good as new!

Lindsay, I just watched a video from the company and they suggested that after you have finished using the products for the day, to spray the top of the "glitter" before screwing the lid back on and then they should last forever! I love the swatches you did!

Just to let you know that you can spritz the polishes with water before you close them to stop the drying out, also the sponges do go dry but if you spritz them with water as well they soften up so you can continue using them. Hope that helps.

Lindsay - if you don't use those polishes on a regular basis, the sponges will get stiff. I have watched videos where they say you don't have rinse them off, but my experience is that you do. They are a fab product!

I seen those opal jars in a scrapbook store in Portland a few weeks ago and did not k so what it was for. I would of loved to see how you use it. It sure did look great in the embossed samples. Cute little cat. Several you tubers have talked about adding distilled water to different pastes that have dried up. One also Says she uses some press n seal wrap right under the lid also as an added layer to keep them sealed tight to dry out less.

For people in europe; i know that the brand in my dutch coutry sells for cosmic shimmers but nuvo embelleshing mousse does the same and come in bigger jars. So keep in mind that price may vary; viva decor has shimmer paints as well, but has less versatile in use then the nuvo or cosmic shimmers. where i live nuvo does come cheaper; but if im wrong and some dutchies can correct me then please do.
