No they haven’t.
Absolutely nobody slows down. The country needs new laws to tackle this problem a lot better.

😮They give the governor grant money to repaired the roads. Although, the grant money expires at a certain time, and that's why we're sitting in traffic. I guess we will be sitting in traffic for the rest of the year. Ridiculous 😮😮 7:28 7:28
