A live tour of the Firepot kitchen

In May 2019, Firepot opened up its kitchen doors to a small group of Atlantic ocean rowers for a virtual tour. Founder, John Fisher, guides you around the Firepot kitchen and a runs through how we do things in our Dorset-based mill house.

Great video really interesting to see how the process is done and i really like the fact it's done in small batches using fresh ingredients👌

I took a selection of your meals to Morocco this year… now I’m back home in the UAE I’ve ordered 12 more just for weekend camping trips. I’m hoping I see them on Amazon some day?

Just got the taster box and desperately trying not to eat for my tea! Daft question perhaps but are the compostable bags ok to add water and eat out of the bag on the hill so to speak? Cheers

Alistair, I'm afraid our bio-bags can't take boiling water but you can tip the dry food into a pan, add water and then heat, or tip the dry food into a suitable insulated container and then pour in boiling water to make the meal.

We design and build our own dehydrators, capable of dehydrating complete meals.
