Lately, I've started growing some potted plants and mushrooms at home. it's not directly related to making beats, but I've found that stepping away from the music environment and getting my hands dirty with soil helps calm my mind. It allows me to be more focused and engaged the next time I dive into making music. I've grown to love the smell of soil now.😁😁😁
