Are all shareholders considered to be an internal stakeholder to the business? For example, would shareholders of a PLC be an external stakeholders because they are not directly involved with the running of the business?

Small shareholders would have little influence on a businesses day to day running therefore they would be external shareholders

Could you talk about how pressure groups want diversity hiring? So businesses hiring people based on race, gender, disability instead of most skilled harming the workforce
