I have lived in Japan for 10 years following my husband's posting
We live a simple life of 2 couples & 4 cats.
I grew up in a dysfunctional family with some abuse.
My self-esteem was in tatters.
I repeatedly cut my wrist.
Now I have a sleep disorder, anxiety disorder and borderline personality disorder.
I'm emotionally unstable, a crybaby and prone to mental illness.
I can't leave the house on my own,
Almost a recluse except on her husband's holidays.
Likes alone time.
I feel calm when I am with my husband.
I have other ways to calm my mind, hobbies and interests, other than wrist cutting.
I am trying my best to live my life, looking for ways to spend my time in a positive way.
On this channel, I record my emotional changes, what I have learnt and how I enjoy my daily life.

I'm happy that you liked my Vlog! As for the breeds of the cats, the white one is a Persian, the grey one is an American Shorthair, and the other two were rescue cats, so they're mixed breeds.🐈🤍
