I swear, this pedal is like an answered prayer. Lately I've been obsessed with parallel processing with pedals. Stacking gain pedals is one thing, but layering them in parallel can be a game changer. I love how both circuits compliment each other by independently saturating different parts of the frequency spectrum to create a dynamic and complex tone.

I really like the features in this pedal. It can get several sounds I’d like to have in one box. Still, you can get something like the EHX Tri-Pedal Mixer. Earthquaker makes one with multiple uses, that’s more expensive; the Swiss Things, I think. On the EHX, you have three effects loops that can be blended in parallel, or used as just a switcher. Each loop has separate controls. Has an overall volume and dry mix too. Check it out.

Yes! I actually added a line mixer to the end of my pedalboard and put a true bypass stereo chorus at the beginning so that I can run any parallel signal chains I want to and then combine back into one mono signal at the end, or... Keep separate and have totally different left/right signals. Klon on one side, Velcro fuzz on the other toss in some vibrato on only one side maybe throw tremolo on the other .. possibilities are endless. Arguably a loop switcher loop combiner would be better I think, but... It's nice if it can mix too.

Fantastic demo, JLJ. Tastes vary, of course, but I think it’s hard to go too wrong with most any Beetronics offering. And this double OD sounded great. Nice!

I have the Zombee and the chorus pedal, I be got a real problem of wanting the full set, so this next!

The thing that bothers me about this pedal is that the bass breaker circuit is on the left. The OCD in me really wants it on the right because I would typically put it before the Klon.

Amazing playing... i appreciate the excellent review of the Wannabe but no settings here are more impressive than your plaging and good taste brother. As i checked your video i wonder what about using this pedal as a dual channel overdrive? I mean, to use the left side for classic to the cleanest overdrive possible and the right side for the hard and heavy stuff just like switching from one distortion pedal to another with more dirt or like changing amp channels 😎
