Ridin through the black of night drawed up in my saddle tight. Can't see a thing that's in my way. But my old mule knows this Trail well and as far as I can ever tell he's never failed to get me home this way.

Sunday night. Suppers done, belly full and in my chair for the evening. To nights entertainment? Stories of the old west with "Born one Hundred Years Too Late." Put me of mind of a time more than 60 years ago when my dad put me on his big "Glory" horse. I let him run away with me because I had heard dad say "stay out of his mouth" and I didn't pull him up. I ended up with a sling on my arm and a great story to tell at school. Never forget them... I agree 100%. Thanks Brett for another great video. Time to hit the sack with an old memory to sleep on.

Great adventure. I remember the days chasing trout in Mt brooks and creeks riding for miles on an old mare named Buttercup. Eating what we caught on the way. I've traveled this country playing music, hunting and fishing. This video brought back the tranquility of those simple times. Thanks for sharing God bless

My daughter and I hunted elk on Pelona a few yrs ago. She hadn’t ridden much in a few years. She tipped over a bull just before dark, of course! It was about a 14 mile ride out in the dark, we were both pretty tired but she grinned all the way! Special memory for sure!

A Buddy and I got turned around (LOST😂) in a cave right in that area As we sat discussing our options on getting out I ask him if he’d told anyone where we were going 😮 He said “ Sure did, my brother-in-law🥸 I ask “ Do you guys get along very well 🤪 He said “no” 🤨 I said “ Down, down we might stay”🤣 Up, up and away is definitely a far better motto 😂😂😂🙏✝️ About 2 hours later we finally found daylight 👀 Great video thanks

After 35 years in beautiful Arizona I do understand the need to escape to the high country. Here in northern PA we came in three hours before dark because it got a little too "cool" at 70°. Miss the southwest but love the rain here....just does not get old. Arizona got a bit crowded from when I got there in '81. Is your hat a palm Gus Wide Brim? Stay safe.
