@@Local_Sonicguy2004 nothing to do with school shootings, i interpreted it as you guys see a minor threat and unleash your entire arsenal onto it.. "Mosquito could be carrying a blood-borne disease.. That's an AMERICAN you're trying to infect.. " - As an Australian former security professional, that's the line American tourists used say most common when they break our laws.. "you can't arrest me, I'm an American".. "No you can't do that, I'm an American".. "I have rights and freedoms".. Also, as a side note.. You wouldn't have so many school shootings if you regulated your firearms better. I'm not saying to ban them completely, that's not what gun control is about.. Just restrict them a little more so nutjobs can't have them. People might not mock you so often if you policed yourselves better, not saying you have to rely on the actual police force but you guys rant about your 2nd amendment but I don't see you forming militias and protecting yourselves from the crazies until after an incident occurs.. Once something happens then you're all over it and hounding the people in charge, but until something happens you're complacent as fuck. Not saying you personally, I don't know you.. but in general, Americans are stupid and demonstrate it daily. Again, not all of you, but a concerning number nonetheless. Here in your comment is a mighty fine example of the ignorance, you don't understand why people make school shooting jokes.. because it doesn't happen in our countries my man, there have been 2 school shootings in Canada, 8 in Mexico, 6 in South Africa, 4 in Nigeria, 1 in China, 1 Russia. These statistics are from 2009-2018 (can view them here worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/school-shootings-by-country). Meanwhile US of A had 327 incidents between 2021-2022 alone (source here usafacts.org/articles/the-latest-government-data-on-school-shootings/ ) and you wonder why people make jokes about it.. because to us international people it's fucking crazy that you continue allowing it to happen.
