Can we take a minute to acknowledge how extremely blessed we are, to have a smartphone which has just passed on to us the most ancient ancient and highest truth of the universe, which stands strong even in the times of modern physics, and we have one of the best Swami's to teach this to us at the comfort of our homes, where once upon a time, we had to travel far and wide in order to seek this knowledge over years and years. I'm in tears at how easy it is for our generation, and how I wish more people realised this!

When some people say, "Oh everything is going to pieces" - I'm like er, not really - we've been extremely blessed to live with these facilities at this point of time and space. And we should utilize this golden opportunity the best we can!

I was blessed to attend a session of Swamiji in person. He went up the stage and his face illuminated like a bright sun and his smile was like that of a child. There was such peace in just being in the hall with him. I consider myself extremely fortunate for that opportunity.

This shloka is such a tradition in Bengal, that all private, public TV and radio stations play this exact recording in unison on Mahalaya morning. No matter what language or format your radio or tv station is, regular programming is set aside to kickstart DeviPaksh. TV channels play their dramatised version, but radio stations play this old tape recorder quality version. All the hip cool radio stations do it. Everyone of them.

With such devotion to Divine Mother and to Sri Ramakrishna that is so palpable in the life of the Bengali Hindu, it is hard to believe the lawlessness and the violence that West Bengal has been experiencing in recent times.

Two of the most powerful religious places we about to loss first kashmir and now Bangal 😢😢

I keep coming back to this powerful lecture.. and watching it again today on the blessed day of Mahalaya with nothing but tears and gratitude for Devi Maa, Vak Ambhrini and Swamiji 🙏

I am 62 years. For all those years of festivities, bhajans, enjoyment etc, today I got a meaning of 'OUR MOTHER". The references to 3 pillars of Sri Ramakrishna mission, the example of the Statue of Liberty, the list of War Soldiers, the historical events and the upanishads makes one convinced of what Devine Mother is. I had tears of joy to get this knowledge. I feel blessed on this Navaratri festival. When swamiji said his physical mother used listen that bengali hymn, I knew he was waiting for the right time to explain all about it to the world. All those who have watched will take it with different perspective. But you can get the truth only with Mothers grace. 🙏🙏🙏💗💗💗💗

I too loved it. This swami has a deep understanding of Sanatana dharma, and a deep and abiding love for Ramakrishnaji, Swami Vivekandaji, and Maa Saradaji. Above all in this lecture, he dispels notions of gender in the divine and if at all, she has a gender, it is the divine mother. In her womb, we enact so many plays, and that play which recognizes Her as our own selves is the play worth playing and becoming. As Kuldeep sir says here, Swamiji is so erudite and is able to tie together several western and eastern concepts of philosophy with ease. I was moved to write this. Your tender heart made you cry. You're so right, Kuldeep sir. f you look at the comments here, everyone loved Swamiji's lecture but understood it from their own framework. "But one can only arrive at the "satyam" of Her magnificence, the one "Truth" only through her grace." How beautifully stated? 🙂🙏🙏🙏

Every lecture is a gem - if I have a good karma - I am sure it was the moment I discovered Swami - and I yearn to hear him - he is so erudite / that it is not only message that is so powerful - his delivery is beyond compare / words are not enough to describe him - may he blessed with many many healthy years so we can drink from his fountain of his knowledge . 🙏🙏🙏🙏🕉🕉🕉🕉❤️❤️❤️❤️

I didn't believe Swami Vivekananda Maharaj is no more with us . He is very much eternal now even and ever , in the bodily form of Swami Sarvpriyananda Maharaj . We are all much fortunate to co live in His Presence.

I must have heard this exceptional talk more than 10 times now, but it takes my breath away everytime

I have one request to Maharaj. Please start a course on Devi Mahatmya in the light of vedanta like Bhagavad Gita.

Great lecture as usual by "Swami Sarvapriyananda". Blessed!!....4000 years ago "vakyas" like "Tat Twam Asi" and "Aham Bramhasmi" made absolute sense because GOD dwelled in people in those times - at least in Rishis. In fact GOD himself spoke through them and says "Aham". In today's world people will build egos when you "You are that". It is impossible for people in today;s age to switch to mindset like that. Not anybody's fault but the power of Maya is very strong. The best way today, towards realization, as Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa said, is to consider yourself a servant of GOD and focus on extreme devotion.

Such wonderful explanation about divine mother, source of this universe. Ramanujam , with grace of mother divine Mother got dreams of number theorems and its solutions . So as Swamiji explained with her grace every thing is possible. 🙏🙏🙏 ,

I have only tears of joy on listening to Swami Ji’s talk . I have grown up in a similar environment and the profundity of the lecture has me enthralled. It is God’s Grace that we have access to his talks. Very blessed !

The thing is I think Swami don't generally watch the comment section, particular team does that a d teport the questions if they are relevant.

It is quite strange and really hard to believe but the "most valuable" takeaway for me from this Sadhu has been "the love for the Mother". Who knows whether it is one reality or two, whether it is dual or non-dual..these things have not been reported, it can not be reported. But with the Mother on my side I can pulverize the galaxies and rake the universe... there is no doubt about that. Mother is coming soon.....Jai Mata Di!!

It’s good that swami is attempting to rectify the erasure and disinformation re the feminine aspect of Vedanta. True non duality requires the embodiment of the ultimate reality not just seeing the ultimate reality, Some of the most famous non dualists are actually the most ardent dualists because of the minimisation of the embodiment and form aspects only focusing on the consciousness aspects. Sri ramakrishna understood the feminine and the importance of living the energetic frequencies of Divine realisation. understanding the marriage of consciousness and matter is the ultimate realisation of spiritual potential within the human experience. Sri aurobindo expounds on this to the evolution of Human consciousness through the Divine Life.
