Anyone else hit the like button before he pulls on the cupboard? Yeah, I don’t even wait anymore.
I'm always blown away by your ability to design these pieces. The amount of math it must take to put them together and have them be functional...and they're always so beautiful. Amazing. Love it.

What he does is incredibly impressive, but it's less math than you think. Sometimes if you want to build something like this and have complete creative freedom, you can simplify it by just thinking of a single drawer size and working your way out from there. The math is more integral when you're working around a fireplace with specific cabinets on each side with a mantel, hearth, and many separate trims and reveals to consider before you can even set the fireplace. Don't get me wrong, I'm not on his level with upcycling, but I'm not sure anyone is lol. He might be the best of the best at this particular craft. Absolute art. It's a privilege that he takes the time to hit record. I bet he sells his projects for anywhere between $10k-100k with his copper accents, custom hinges, custom handles, etc. Unbelievable.

Just found this awesome channel. I didn't realize Stephen King made furniture
There is a calm that settles over me watching your videos. No talking, no forced ads, no nonsense. Just you working your magic with "scrap" wood. This is my kind of therapy=)
thank you so much for not talking. I love to watch you work.
Epic UpCycling and Pask Makes two of the most creative artists on KZread.
This really is making a silk purse from a sows ear Jason!
Excellent ! No $100,000.00 worth of tools just re-cycled lumber and actual skill
My dream is to one day be qualified enough to sweep this man's floor! Take care & stay safe.
One man's pile of junk efficiently transformed into functional and elegant lathe tool storage. Well done.

Every time I watch one of your videos your workshop gets more and more organised, another fantastic build.
Pretty good example of how not all solid wood furniture is excellent quality! Your upcycling really did make it into something way better anyway.

Once again living up to the channel's name: EPIC!
Top! Gruß aus Bayern
Thanks to you I am on the look out for used furniture that people are throwing away. Lol
Very cool … from trash to treasure 👍🏾🇦🇺
you sir are the mozart of woodworking
My late dad would, like me, be in awe of watching you build these things! Thank you.

This gent is absolutely amazing...one of the few KZread channels that I watch an episode from start to finish...
You remind me of my father. He would bring home pallet wood and repurpose it into small cabinets, furniture and shutters for our basement. They were small but great pieces. Nothing like yours though. I love seeing you build such elaborate pieces from junk wood.
Hi Jason. you are a brilliant person, the magician of recycling

It’s nice to see that somebody knows what they are doing!
Just goes to show , you can never have enough storage!
Just subscribed... it's great to see creative people making stuff from recycled timer into functional pieces without using multi-million-dollar workshops ( read saw stop, festool et al). not that have anything against those brands, but seeing you use brads with a ball and peen hammer made me feel that all is not lost. it's not about the "tool" it's about the craftsman.

I've noticed that far too many youtube craftsmen can't do this type of build without the use of plywood and expensive tools.
The patience and skill you show in making the things you do is quite beyond us mere mortals Jason!
No need to meditate, just watching you be absolutely brilliant, makes me relax! ❤❤❤
A pot noodle! I love it! Makes me think of red dwarf, lol
Amazing work!
Bravo 👏 . You never disappoint. I get so excited when I see you have posted another video.
Holy cannoli Batman that was just perfect !

I discovered your channel a while ago and always wait eagerly for your videos. Your creations are just amazing. What I love the most is that you don't use complicated and expensive tools. You have a real talent and I presume a lifetime of experience in woodworking. I could watch your videos all day long. Greetings from UK.

Absolutely astounding. Also love how it incorporates contraptions from previous episodes.
I'm steadily collecting oak, cypress, cedar and pine. 2 more years until I retire to my shop... Thanks for the inspiration!
Minute 3:43 showing the light waxing to create a non-stick workbench surface that I previously asked about! It's a little thing that is much appreciated by this admirer xoxo

I was going home from work one night and the corner petrol station was doinng some renovation and there was pallets there. I come home have some dinner and then go back out to get the pallets and to my suprise they were big boards all clear pine. I did the pricing of the timber and it in total was around $800-900 worth of wood. Of course my wife had it all used up even before i had a chance for any projects I needed to do. The cantilever sewing box came to mind. Thanks Patrick Idaho USA
Holy Crap! This is an impressive project.
Always look forward to your uploads. They're giving me ideas on how to make my own projects look fancier!
Великолепный стеллаж!Поражает ваш талант создавать такие шедевры без чертежей да ещё из того,что лежит под ногами! Браво! A magnificent rack! Your talent to create such masterpieces without drawings, and even from what lies under your feet, is amazing! Bravo!

Your skills are over the top. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. My father was a carpenter/ cabinet maker. As am watching your videos; you bring me back into my father’s shop ...sound/smell/dust/ and his presence, etc, are all there 😁🥰
The amount of detail that goes into your projects is mind blowing. I really find watching you at work therapeutic.
GOOD MORNING. I AM DANTE FROM PATAGONIA, ARGENTINA. LAST NIGHT I SAW A DESIGN OF TRIANGULAR DOORS IN A CABINET THAT I WOULD LIKE TO COPY. I AM A FAN FOR CARPENTRY AND I LIKED THAT DESIGN A LOT. THANK YOU. DANTE
Thanks for being here and sharing you new build - simply amazed!
Beautifully done. That would definitely be a shop treasure.
I'd like to catch this guy and keep him in my basement to make furniture for me😁

Jason, another amazing project. I've altered my approach to these type of workshop projects because of your videos. My plane display case is based on two of your previous projects. Thanks for all your hard work making and editting the videos. I suspect 38 minutes actually represents several weeks of effort. Much appreciated.😁

What a remarkable talent you have for turning one man's trash into another man's treasure. I have always been in awe of people like you and how it is such a blessing to see it in your mind and then make it a reality. Your videos/projects are very cathartic for me in that they have a very calming effect when things get to being too chaotic in these times. RECYCLE IS THE WORD.👍
Wow the planning & forethought! I can't even decide if I want my desk light on the left or right lmao
What a beautiful piece! Must have taken a good while figuring out exactly what it will look like, and then it only took you less than 38 minutes to put it all together amazing! I would have taken me at least a month or two. J/K Amazing workmanship the only power tools used is the table and band saw and the jointer. Nice!
Once again: Wonderful! I love how you keep the quality and creativity of your projects at the highest level rather than mass-produce content to get more total views. You keep designing and making amazing projects, we'll keep subscribing and watching. Many thanks to you for sharing your passion with us.

Just rewatching this. It’s amazing how you see and then plan out these projects. Your talent is outstanding. How long did this piece take to make?

Thanks. It took about 3 weeks.
You know? In another day and age you would have been the local master craftsmen the townfolk would talk about as the best there is, and I'd be the peasant that sat outside your shop day and night begging you to take me on as your apprentice until you finally gave in or set your dogs on me. haha I watch these videos and eventually I'm just sitting here mouth agape at the scope of what you're doing, how it all makes perfect sense, and how far your project has come from where you started, and I just wish that I could think that big to conceive of a project like this in the first place. I always learn something from watching you, and that's more valuable to me than anything, because I in no way need a workshop storage rack (right now), but just watching you work is a masterclass.
