I grew up in Hayward and I always thought that house(mansion) is big and gorgeous, but it does have some spirits in the house. I never went inside the house, I wanted to but I couldn't find myself to go inside the house because of the spirits, it was way too much for me to handle at that time, but the other mansion that my sister had lived in was even more haunted. I didn't realize it until I was with my friend and we were on the back of the house and that's when I realized that the house was way more haunted than the Meek Estate Mansion. Thank you for the history on the Meek Mansion history.

If anyone is curious, the Meeks still currently farm in Woodland! As of today, it's the 6th generation of farmers!

I've been inside the mansion on a tour. Very regal, but creepy. It feels haunted. We also took a tour at night of the Pioneer Cemetery where everyone in the family is buried. Also very creepy but beautiful at the same time...
