It technically wasn't scrapped, it was replaced with a hat.

I'm pretty sure it is in fact Geo's Visualizer. It's green and has that same "ring" effect on the lenses. Also, the Dweller Mask typically doesn't move and simply glows while in use, but here it goes from being on her forehead normally to being on her eyes when activating the ability, just like in Star Force. And yeah, the description does state that they are "stellar", which is almost Geo's last name of Stelar. It's really weird too, because I decided to play Megaman Starforce 3 a few days ago and now I'm seeing this.
