I’m amazed that Shabani lets Annie share his food. But then they have always had a special relationship. And I am glad Ai has Annie to look after her.

@@williamshepley3923 true but the kiddies like to take food from Nene. This zoo has lots of food an basket feeders. Ueno zoo also feeds in abundance but Taipei tosses food at them a this seems to cause aggression. Momo has food aggression but it’s not from lack of food. This is Momotaros trait

Shabani is such an amazing gorilla,he is so gentle and light hearted.

It’s so nice to see a silverback dad not trying to jump his child over food. It’s always the mothers getting their food taken, like Nene with Kiyo. I guess since Shabani had to play both roles for Annie, it’s the same concept. He’s one of a kind.

They are always concerned about each other especially when aiding with a boo-boo

😳 1:23, 2:00 I'm gonna say that Kiyomasa was concerned about sister Ai's wound she was cleaning, and he was not sniffing her pheromones 😁. 3:30 At any rate Ai is like 🤨 and moves away from Kiyomasa. Good move before Shabani sees. 😂 But then 4:15 here comes Kiyo again 🤦. 5:10 It's best (and safer 😆) if mother and daughter snuggle up ☝️ there on the cupboard instead. 6:40 Annie is checking mom Ai's wound. Oh dear, 🤔 I wonder how Ai got a wound. 7:46 🤣 Annie is always so funny.

Yes, I absolutely agree with you about what was going on with Kiyomasa and Ai. I wonder who, or how Ai gets these cuts because I see this quite a bit on her chest, back, arms, and hands. It makes me wonder what goes on down in their rooms, or when there not being filmed. I know Shabani protects all of them and is always on guard, but he can't be everywhere at every moment...

Poor Ai. It looks as though she has a hand and a back injury. So precious the concern Kiyo and Annie had for her 💙💗

Love watching Nene eat she is just so adorable 😍😍 and Ai licking her fingers lol. The visitors have no damn respect for these beauties ugh they are far too noisy

Annie is Shanani’s Queen she is her Dad’s number one he loved her from day one and still as proud as can be over her❤❤❤❤ last time that Ai was staying away from Kiyo like this it was because Shabani attacked Ai and she made sure she didn’t get any booty booty bang bang from Kiyo😂. And the way she was running from Kiyo and tending to a wound on her back I’d say Shabani caught her again 😢😢

Ai es una gorila realmente hermosa. Hermanas juntas, madre e hijas nunca funcionan en una tropa, y no es culpa de los gorilas sino de los administradores. Seguramente Ai esta tomando anticonceptivos por Kiyo. Me pregunto si los anticonceptivos en gorilas tienen una reacción secundaria, en humanos puede causar esterilidad o abortos espontáneos, como los zoológicos no mueven a los gorilas rápidamente lejos de sus padres comienzan a darle anticonceptivos a muy temprana edad, aunque se supone que la hembra no quedara embarazada cuando este amamantando aun así les dan anticonceptivos.

Ai needs some more exercise,she is putting the weight on,they need some games slippery slide and big gym balls get them some motivational toys.

Shabani ‘s troop is one that they exercise a lot . Jumping, playing with ropes😅, walking and climbing the tower , spinning and dancing. They overall imites Shabani who is still very athletic and even Nene runs.

Shabani is generally not food obsessed like the other gorillas like Momotoro that Gentaro can not eat with the family!

​@@stevemorris6790 momo is the silverback, he is supposed to get first choice of food. That doesn't make him food obsessed. Genki is far worse. I have never seen momo bite kintaro over food, or chase him down and take food from his hand, but genki has many times. And momo has only been forcing gentaro out of the room when they eat , for the last 6 months or so. Which is normal. At his age , in the wild, he would be living on the edge of the group . Unfortunately the zoo has left him here too long, that isn't momo's fault. The same thing will happen with shabani and kyomasa if they leave him here too long.

Shabani let’s face he is unique as he lets his kids specially Annie eat Some of his food and also doesn’t care about whom enter first indoor etc. matter of fact he kind prefer be the last one in order to check the troop and make sure that everyone are accounted for.

That's already happening, I saw a video on IG with Kiyomasa n Annie mating, I don't really know if they finally get it done but they did look like to. It was provided by a visitor... What would they say if Annie gets pregnant someday? 😢 It's sad they're concerned more in bussiness than in these creatures lives. Annie won't move from there as much as Gentaro won't move from Kyoto

@@angeresists5493 I agree. I don't even know if ai and shabani would mate again, even if nene was gone. It has just been so long now. They should trade her for another female. I don't know why the zoo's in Japan think it is a good idea to leave siblings together, it never works out.
