One of the tours guides at Hampton Court Palace relates a story of how the bodies of two workmen who died when a wall collapsed during the construction of the Baroque section of Hampton Court Palace in the 1700s were secretly buried under the building and in the late 1800s came to haunt a nearby grace-and-favor residence until they were removed and properly buried!
