I can't upgrade to level 10. The hologram disappeared and no building foundation layed. I cleared every single item in and around it. I restarted the game a numerous of times.

One time during my upgrade it didn’t show the foundation but I was able to press square to start it maybe run around the middle area of the square spamming square to see if it takes it. If not maybe try breaking every thing around it. Throw a bunch of thermal detonators? 🤷🏽‍♂️

Kaalim never spawned for me... its been 3 days.

When I got to mine I was able to just walk on and it had the little lines around the debris. Is it a new world ?
