Thank you Mike for all you do. I have never been in the military but my goal in life is to gain knowledge for myself and my family. Your content has aided me in moving forward to that goal. Thank you and thanks to your entire team.
Thank you Mike! I appreciate you and your tribe’s willingness to share your experience and knowledge! I need to get the basic bleeder kit ... I purchased the tourniquet... only feedback for you is to keep doing what you do! Thanks again!
This is quickly becoming my favorite channel. Thanks guys! Charlie Mike!
Totally agree with the tourniquet stowing/staging. Keep it accessible and in whatever configuration you want, just know how to use it.

Thanks brother that always means a lot coming from professionals in the space. Always check my classes for improvement... that’s how we will grow together.
Hey Mike, I appreciate the video! I had the chance to apply my first tourniquet the other day real world. The 8 inch tail tip helped. Thanks again for all the education you put out as well as you’re service to our country.
Loved my EMT and Wilderness medicine classes. Skills that keep you alive. 💯
I really appreciate the time you guys take to put this info out there. Great advice. Thank you. 👍
Got Stop the Bleed training at work a few months ago from our local FD (maybe about the time of this video, but only just found you last week). The BHRK/CAT-T combo on the visor is a great combo to compliment that. Great teaching/explanation methods, love the snippets of humor added in - intentional or not. Thanks for all of it! You have one new loyal follower, and I think I'm about to have my brother - possibly my sister - added to the groups soon!
This was the best basic bleed control video I’ve seen! Good humor, excellent information! Thanks Mike & George!
I like your style Mike. Chilled but knowledgeable.
Appreciate you, Mike and the rest of the FS team. Great info. Logical. Serious topic Presented in a humorous way.
Man your channel is rockin.I learn something new with almost every video.I really dont have the cash to take all of the courses as im on disability for a broken neck and being pre quadriplegic but im recovering very well and im up and walking just gotta take it slow these days.Anyway I try to learn what I can from these videos and several other resources so I do appreciate what you do here and also thank you for your service to this great country.
I love the terminology and humor Mike
That is a great concept Mike. I would have never thought to have that on the visor. That is fantastic.

Nick, glad you made it out of them ok. Thanks as always for the support!
Thanks Mike!! Awesome Information...
Thank you for this video. Really great information that’s really understandable. I spend a lot of my time traveling and working in some remote Bay Island’s of Honduras and medical care is never really close by. I’ll be watching this a few times and getting these kits to replace the ones I thought were adequate. Subscribed!
Great information and I enjoy purchasing the products so I can use them in my EDC/home set up.
You’re awesome Mike. Never change brother. Thanks for the useful information. 🤙🏼👏🏼
We have a SOCOM program through my work... special operaters with the military come work with us in Flint MI ... we talk about putting these on like you just did ... reminds me of talking to them ... good group of guys ! Nice video most people don’t talk about these things 🤙🏻💪🏼👊🏻🇺🇸
Excellent content. Thank you for posting.
Great video!!! Thanks M.G. I have the itwb tourniquet holder on my visor right now and have it on me every time I'm in the woods. Great product. Keep the videos and podcast rolling bug fan of both
Great video! Enjoyed the tidbits of humor along with very informative information.
Awesome video. Definitely took another look at how I have my med kits positioned in both my truck and wife’s car. Always put out good content. Keep it up. 🇺🇸
Thanks for sharing Mike, this has been very informative.

Thanks for another video. Glad to see yall are putting out more YT content. Just ordered your IWB TQ holster. Normally run the TQ in an ankle pouch but during some UC stuff its not always an option.
Excellent video and instruction. I’m going to see if I’m off work so I can attend
Great video, keep em coming!!!
Thanks Mike!

You are GOOD people!

Love the video man! I’ve always wondered about applying pressure to a neck wound. I like the point you made about you’ll go faster with blood loss vs without oxygen. Good stuff 👍

Thank you for the video. I learned some valuable info from it!
Great content. Keep it up.
Great video! Thanks for this!
Great videos Mike. New sub and been watching every video as well as pod cast. Very informative. I am planning to have first aid or some type of IFAK in my vehicles.
Awesome advices, thanks Bro!
good stuff Mike
Great video Mike, I like the pouch and the concept. I will be adopting this in my 100 series Landcruiser and will use a M2 Ratcheting Tourniquet instead of the CAT Tourniquet. I feel it is a equivalent Tourniquet and can be easily self applied easily to arm and leg, there are other reasons I like it but will spare the notes here. My hemorrhagic package will include WoundClot vs Quick Clot as it does not have any long term effects (>8 hours) if left in the body.
Thanks mike !! Great kit !

This is one bad ass man. Keep on, keeping on.
Mike love the videos! Would you make a video on basics of toddler or child trauma treatment and any special considerations that brings? Also a video on CPR basics would be great!
I really enjoy your valuable channel.
Good, down to earth content
Good info I have don't TCCC I highly recommend it brother.
Great information! Thanks!
Hey Mike, 911 EMT of almost 5 years and current paramedic student here. Just a quick note on applying the TQ: Pulling the red tab towards the midline of the body should be applied in situations where you are applying the TQ one-handed to your other upper extremity. In situations where you are applying the TQ to a lower extremity or to another patient and you have both hands to work with, pull the red tab away from the midline of the body. This gives you a couple advantages: 1. You give yourself room to work. By pulling away from the midline, you won't be pulling the TQ strap into the pelvic area and/or the person's other extremity, which will make it difficult to wrap around the limb. 2. Pulling away from the midline gives you more leverage to pull the TQ tighter before even turning the windlass. 3. If you tuck the remaining strap across the windlass to keep it from coming loose, pulling away from the midline means the red tab will end up facing the outside portion of the person's limb and will keep it out of the way from other work being done (wound packing, etc.) and mostly safe from accidentally being pulled and thus loosening the TQ. Obviously, this is all situation-dependent, sometimes you just have to work with what you got, but I thought I'd throw in my 2-cents lol love the channel, keep up the great work!
Thanks Mike, you da man.
BAM! Great video man.
Your the man brother!
I remember the olden days: Take off your belt, put a quarter twist and run the tip through the buckle, place it on the injured limb with tip toward the heart, put a stick into it, twist until bleeding stops, run tip around stick and tuck under. Write the letter T and the time applied, in blood, on the victim's forehead.
Can’t wait to take the overland basics and stop the bleed class this Friday.

Just discovered your channel and I'm diggin it. Liked, commented, subscribed.
Great content bro! Keep it going S.A.S.A!
Thanks Mike. Going to go adjust some trauma gear in my ride now.......... Keep it coming
Great video ,makes sense I'm ordering one plus a second, for a friend
Thanks Mike!! A lot of people don't realize how quickly, even the basics can save a life. How many basic infantry men were taught the basics and of those, how many lives were possibly saved?! Just something to think about.
Great Video Mike, thank you! Would love to do a course with you one day.
Best wishes to you mr glover
Good stuff, I had a car hauler fall on my leg and used my belt for a tourniquet and when I got to the nearest hospital the doc says you shouldnt have done that you could have lost the limb. I said it wouldn't matter if I bled to death before getting there...lol
Mike, First, thank you for putting out thought provoking, informative material. I've learned a ton since discovering your channel and hope you continue to put out this high-tier content. Have you tested your hook/loop visor attachment point in simulated hard braking/roll-over? Having been in an 80+mph roll over (seat belts save lives, kids), I can confidently say that almost nothing was found where it was prior to the roll. I had an IFAK in the locked center console and a holstered handgun at appendix (shameless plug for Odin holsters). Those were the ONLY two essentials still stowed where I needed them to be. My self-extrication tool, gloves, tool kit, glove box contents, etc. all disappeared. Definitely made me re-think my cab organization.
Solid. Period.
Love the videos!!! 🤙🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Great stuff!
Educational as always! Love to train with you one day!

Great stuff. Another consideration is to apply the tq with the windlass on the inside of the limb (close to torso/crotch) to further minimize the risk of it being bumped loose during cas movement. PMARCHP is current algo, with P being patient safety(if applicable)
Awesome video. Got my sub
I appreciate your content Mike.Very informative.I'm like Johnny 5.Need more info lol.
Great content

Man, great content! So happy I found y'all's channel! With the content quality of your videos and the overall production value, this could easily be an outdoors cable network show. Please don't pitch this to some dumb network though. :)
Just got a notification for a video y’all just posted but it says it’s private, what the hell i wanna watch too lol Semper Fi
Always bad ass info.

I used to carry a stop the bleed kit and forgo a simple first aid kit. But in my area of work and play, boo boos are more prominent than a bleed. So I carry a trauma kit but I also carry a simple first aid kit. Also, as a person that suffers from headaches and chronic migraines, I need headache and migraines pills. Those, benadryls and some natural remedy such as maca root, white willow, and kratom are part of my kit.
So glad you hooked up with LLOD so I could find your channel! I’m functional with weapons. Although, there’s always room for improvement. Especially need to work on long range. However, survival and medical are definitely my weak points that I’ve been working on lately. Money is the biggest factor. Your content is awesome, and you explain everything well. Would love to take a class eventually. Thanks!
Very important video. This is a must and the most neglected aspect in our daily life. Not to long ago someone shoot himself in a leg while shopping at a mayor store. Because no one has a tourniquet this person die waiting for the ambulance. Is good to have a tourniquet on your self as an EDC. Specially if you carry a gun. Thanks for sharing. PS. Even if you don't carry a gun.
