I really like the idea of a ‘good day’ vlog every once in a while. Ups and downs are (obviously) natural, but focusing on having a positive mindset for a day and vlogging it is great! ❤ Also, I just picked up funny story this weekend as well! I read the first chapter at the bookstore and knew I’d love it

What puts me into a good mood is when my cats wakes me up in the morning! They just meow and stay with me. Another thing is to have the time to enjoy my morning drink and breakfast, when there’s no rushing to get out or anything. ❤️

One thing that makes me happy for the day is when I do my morning workout and shower afterwards. It helps me feel accomplished already and I don't have to think about working out for the rest of the day. And I'm physically fresh which boosts my mood. 🌞
