He doesn't "belong" to the Queen. He belongs to God. The Queen is also God's child. You are God's child too.

The Queen isn’t the head of the Church of England; Jesus Christ is. The Queen is theSupreme Governor of the Church.

I find the way that Rowan Williams delivers his talks helps me take in what he is saying and seek to understand it. His style may not be to everyone’s taste, and that’s OK.
