The rest of us might regain our excitement if we ever get our bikes. I was megga excited when I first read about it but that died long ago and I now wish I had never ordered one. I should have just ordered an e-bike from Amazon where I know I could get my money back if it didn't come. They don't even let you know what's happening.

This is why we are fed up to the back teeth with this firm. Since my previous post (see Below) I have finally received a reply from Mate that was sent on the 10th of September which talks about the bikes have just gone through quality control and are ready to be dispatched on the 3rd of July. Unless Denmark use a different calendar to the rest of the world that contains no useful information whatsoever. It certainly goes a long way to explain why customers are so fed up. Trying to get worthwhile information from them is like trying to get blood out of a stone. What is so difficult about LETTING CUSTOMERS KNOW whats happening instead of just bullshi**ing.

nicc0tine69 But it's gonna be so cool when you get it! Camo sounds awesome! I literally only ride on the riverbed toward PCH and cruise a little there. That's pretty much it unless we go to a huge park and ride there as well. It's so much fun! Hope I get to see your camo bike when you get it! 🙌🎉

Waiting close to a year for mine now. Probably comes with the typical problems. Broken fork. Weaker motor. Weak brakes. Missing headlight. Non fitting rear rack and fenders. Burning charger. I could go on and on and on.

is there away you can help us with Mate X customer service? i just received my Mate X and the rear fender is bent, and the bike rake is messed up and doesn’t install properly. i’m trying to go through Mate for help, but the website is slow and i can’t seem to get through. i don’t know if there is anything you could do, since they seem to like you. (i know you don’t work for them, but they really should hook you up with a partnership)
