This is simply incredible! I don't buy bread anymore! Learned a trick from my grandmother! The perfect quick bread recipe, just bake it! The secret turned out to be so simple!
Simply delicious! Bread in the oven is better than in the store! No bread machine is required for this bread; it is just baked in the oven. You only have a limited amount of time. Learn to bake white bread! Simple and delicious!

Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 200 ml
- Warm milk 200 ml
- Yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
1. Mix all ingredients
- All-purpose wheat flour 700-750 g (add in parts)
- Melted butter 60 g (4 tbsp)
2. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
3. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
4. Place the dough on the table and knead for 4-5 minutes
5. Watch the video until the end so as not to miss important points!
6. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
7. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
8. Cover with a towel and leave for 55-60 minutes
9. The dough has risen well
10. Dough weight 1143 g.
11. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts
12. Roll them into a ball. Repeat after me
13. Place each ball on baking paper
14. Cover with a towel and leave for 25-30 minutes
15. Bring 1.5-2 liters of water to the boil
- soda 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
16. Cook in boiling water for 30-40 seconds on each side
17. Allow to cool and place on a baking sheet
18. Look how unusual they become
19. Make cuts with a sharp knife or razor
20. Spray or smear with water
21. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 25-27 minutes.
22. The bread turned out great! Very beautiful and delicious!

    Wenn Sie den Teig zunächst etwas kochen und dann im Ofen backen, erhalten Sie ein erstaunliches Ergebnis. Das Brot wird sehr rosig, schön und hat einen ganz anderen Geschmack. Probieren Sie es unbedingt aus :)
