Porsche Cayenne GT coupe

I very much approve of the garage shakeup. I do think it’s missing a mid engined Ferrari, me personally I’d go Scud or Pista, I’d probably as you say keep the G for winter then definitely chop that in for something a bit more spicy daily wise (812 or Bentley). You’ve got the halo car CGT, you’ve got the modern classic 997 RS, you’ve got the sentimental car M3. Winning.

Great update mate! I am turning a corner in my car fancying and I must say a lot of modern cars leave me cold nowadays. Here are just a few examples of what makes me fizz more than seeing modern brand new stuff. Nice condition low mile gallardo's with gated manual gearboxes 550 Ferrari's. 993 turbo's ( my favourite!) R33 Nissan GTR's ( yep the unloved R33 variant! ) Low mile mint condition E46 M3's in manual. Good luck with any new addition to the garage!

I remember in the Pista years that the monthly payments for your car collection were around 14K, curious to know how much you’re paying now with what seems less cars and higher interest rates? To add to the garage now i’d recommend a 458 Speciale or a Murcielago LP640 Roadster (more of a TGE car honestly)! Thanks

I'm sure I've read on Rennlist that you cannot put back seats in the GT3 (Touring) because the engine in mounted differently, so there's even less space in the rear than a normal 911 and not mounts for rear seats.

Ideas for replacements: 930 Turbo Flachbau, Theon Design 964 with a 4.0L, Ferrari F355 with a manual, BMW Z8, or something completely utterly wild and out there, an MST Mk1 Escort with a 2.8L Millington diamond engine and a sequential box... you want internet gold, that right there is internet gold... not sure the other half would approve but you would sure have alot of fun! 😂

Resto's for a lot of people is more about the journey, rather then the end result. One guy I knew restored a 1952 Hudson Sedan over 18 years. Once he finished the restore he sold it for quite a decent sum, and found a 1938 Studebaker with suicide rear door's to restore which came with all the bits and pieces that needed rebuild and/or rework before he could begin the restore.

Chevrolet Camaro: fantastic value for money. Could go to General Motors Detroit to order one and import it: 650BHP V8 fully loaded £42K. Amanda Stretton has one probably from 1960s. Maserati Ghibli Trofeo; new Porsche E-Hybrid Cayenne. Last W12 Bugatti available (Le) Mistral spyder. Could go to Molsheim, France and spec one. Probably worth what your CGT is as it’s all electric Rimac next in Croatia.

Id look at an sls convertible because theyre good value compared to the coupe, and a 997 gt2 ,tamer than the 996gt2 because of the added driver aids but still stonking .The only problem is these have crept up , but way cheaper than the 997gt2rs. Each a bit similar to what youve got though.

Get a 964RS in a good colour. A nice half way house between 912 and 997 plus more special than the 3.2 Targa that’s just gone. Money wise they’ve come back down to as “sensible” a level as they probably ever will. They’ve always been rare and Singer are making all 964s mega rare now by buying up all the Carreras.

458 Speciale would be a win or sell a few cars and stretch to £750k for Veyron, those things are nearing the bottom price wise.. Such a iconic car shame about the maintenance.

Do you miss the lambos? Over time I’ve definitely noticed a “maturing” if you can call it that 😅 in your taste. I envisage you eventually holding a full suite of 911s from each generation. I would not be complaining if that’s the end state 😂 a 911R would be awesome.

Let’s be honest, he’s had the two best lambos in the country, that yellow SV and that stunning Murci, he’s completed Lamborghini in my opinion. Maybe a special Gallardo could find a spot in the line up.

Got to be room for an F40...? :) Or that 288 Evo THJ has in?! After much humming and haaing I've arrived at the decision that a 964 RS is my three car garage Porsche. So many variants of GT3 about now I can't keep up. I like the simplicity and discreetness of the G-series/964 and the smaller foot print. Brave enough for a Rubystone 964 RS?

991.2 gts probably better numbers than gt3 + back seats + touring transformation. I loved my gts.

911R - get it only for yourself I don’t think it’ll do the views to justify the monthlies. It’s a tremendous car and frequently called the best 991. 991.2 GT3 touring conversion would be far more interesting. I hope you do a get an R one day.
