There are two versions of the pack : one with the eyes and one without. Use the one you like. And yes, if the other player has changed their skin to make the eyes work, it will work in multiplayer.

How can i turn off the walking/running animation? I only want the eye animation Btw nice vid !

Thanks ! Unfortunately (last time I checked) there is a version with the eyes and the player movement and another version with the player movement only, but no version with only the eyes. You could message the developers and ask them to to make a version of that. They could add it with the 1.21 support.

Yeah. You need these two mods installed at the same time : Entity Texture Features and Entity Model Features. If you want the animated eyes you’ll also need the install the CustomSkinLoader mod when using Fabric and AlphaSkins when using Forge. Do not use Optifine, as it doesn’t support player animations.
