I was fortunate enough for Fill to make a surprise appearance at my doorstep the other day. I just started a new job and wasn’t able to get the lawn mowed for quite sometime. I live on a corner and it is slightly embarrassing having an out of control yard. Thanks to Fill for doing an outstanding job. i truly appreciate you helping me out and on the road to a better looking yard👍

Hoping the owner saw how nice the yard looked and felt inclined to pay for a new back porch. Thank you for helping these people. You are a big blessing to so many.

I'm from Nova Scotia, I know for certain the insurance that my deceased mom had, visited once a year. When things weren't up to their standard, she was required to have it fixed or whatever to maintain it.

She should contact owner and tell him she will get it fixed and for him to deduct what she paid from her rent . Looks like some concrete blocks would be better than what she has. I'm sure she's not able to use that door because of wrecked steps .

We are all just passing through, Cindy. There are those who chose to make a difference and those who sit on the sidelines watching others make a difference and there are those that are just downright malevolent. I think men like Phil are an inspiration to us all. He is a humble man who is indeed just passing through. And at the end of this road, is the beginning… of eternal life.

Dude is a slum landlord...... He is responsible for most if not all of the trash in the yard. You have material left over bring it to that property and dump it. I had one just like him. A city inspector wanted a bunch of bricks he left on my lawn, so of course she came by once a week to harass me and write me a ticket for something. I told the owner who laughed it off until I handed him the stack of tickets and told him the amount of fines racked up. He wasn't laughing then as it was over 5,000.00 dollars. He told me I have to pay them and that's when I laughed in his face. All I was responsible for was mowing the grass and not one violation was for the grass length. I told him if he gives her the inspector the bricks she would resend the tickets. He agreed so she came on city time loaded up her vehicle several times and I never saw her again. Of course everything that was wrong with the house my landlord didn't bother to fix until a new inspector came around and actually did his job. The power from the pole had to be cut off because my meter base was about to catch fire. The inspector smelled it when driving thru the neighborhood. He of course check all the houses until he got to mine. He call the power company and ten minutes later I had no power. After 6 months my landlord had to go to court because he hadn't fixed the problem and I couldn't afford to move. The judge said he was going to send out the inspector every day from that day forward and a fine of 3,000.00 dollars a day will be leveled again him. The next day a electrician showed up at the same time as the inspector. I got a new meter base and the inspector called the power company to hook me back up. Of course it took two more weeks until they actually showed up. In the meantime no heat no hot water no cooking ect. My roommates guinea pig and bird froze to death.

Totally agree. Great that they put the labor in and some cleanup, but to leave all the cuttings and such behind is a downright shame. Finish the job!

The thing I like the most about what you do overall is that you take the garbage…mattresses and boards and such. That makes a huge difference. The neatest specific thing you did could have been the bikes you bought but your overall attention to detail gets to me every time. I’m in Wisconsin. There’s no one like you here. Very kind of you to give new bikes to the girls. You have a wonderful heart sir.

I watch fairly consistently , I am in Utah . We have a short intense growing season but we try to help! My family calls stuff we do to help " random acts of kindness" ! We try to do it anonymously but we got caught enough that we don't get away with it very often! Now my kids are grown I can be thrilled they do it with their own families ! Praise be to God for the strength of service and the future generations raised with God in their lives!

My hope is that the homeowner/landlord sees to building truly safe, stable and long-lasting steps and porch repairs. Additionally, I my hope is that the parents infuse in their children the importance of taking care of and protecting these bikes by never leaving them outdoors or unattended and using bike theft guards. Clean the shed and make room for them and lock the shed, which requires duplicate keys and more diligence to seeing those keys hung up in their own special place. Phil is a stickler for caring for his own equipment, very much as my own father always was with seeing to making things last. Parents may not always praise endlessly for following good examples, but I knew when they were proud, they felt blessed and less burdened. Never take blessings for granted. Thanks.

I know it is a fairly small thing, but thank you for sawing off the short branches left on that weird tree. Other than the fact they were driving me crazy, they were a serious hazard for both tripping and possible impalement. They didn't need to be sharpened to impale someone who falls with force, eye, head, temple, knock out teeth, roof of mouth, stomach, torn intestines... Things like this do and have happened.

You go over and above! That’s the care of a true believer! Thank you for your example!

You are one hard worker! The transformation of the property was absolutely amazing. You are a miracle worker to these people! I see Jesus in you!

Its incredible the amount of work a person can get done when they know what they are doing and have the right equipment. The multi-force toro is a game changer. That thing is so versatile.

I always walk around my yard to pick up any debris, paper, plastic bottles, etc, so the mower is not damaged. Good job.

One day I strive to be able to do things like this, as a new business (almost 1 year in the making), this is what I strive to do, make a real difference to those in hardship 👌 that level of satisfaction must be so rewarding!

Attention to detail and you actually get it all up. This is what makes your channel the best. You don't just knock it down and edge/weed eat at it, you detail it, mow it and get it all up and haul it off. Other channels could learn from you. Simply outstanding!
