This panel discussion was co-organized by the Centre for Constitutional Studies and the Wahkohtowin Law and Governance Lodge, both of which are located at the University of Alberta on Treaty 6 territory.
The discussion was moderated by Koren Lightning (Legal Director of the Lodge) and features contributions by four expert panelists: Prof Naiomi Metallic (Dalhousie), Prof Josh Nichols (McGill), Katherine Hensel (Fogler Rubinoff), and Earl Stevenson (Peguis Child & Family Services).
