I think you should react again to the Song with the subtitles..so you understand the meaning.. it is legendary with its musicality alone but the impact of the words what they symbolise is something completely deep..

Oh!!!we have an unforgettable experience with a taxi driver in the airport in Incheon! He was such a delightful and endearing elderly gentleman. It all began when he inquired if we were Filipinos, to which we confirmed. His face lit up with excitement, and he immediately asked if we knew the song "Anak." At first, we were a bit puzzled, but then he began singing it in Korean! Before we knew it, we were all singing along - him in Korean, and us in Tagalog. It turned into an impromptu karaoke session 😄, and we found ourselves thoroughly enjoying the ride as we harmonized together. Truly a heartwarming and memorable moment amidst our travels.

It's not a drama, it's an action movie.

An old indian guy is busking along one street in Singapore playing this song last year. While I was watching he approached me to play any Filipino song so I did. I got the chance to ask him how did he know this song. He said this song was famous when he was young. And he asked his filipino bandmate to teach him how to play this. He even sang it to me in indian version. 😊

This song holds a special place in my heart. I always cry or get teary-eyed whenever I hear it as I feel like I’m that bad child of my parents (although I never did drugs or run away). I had absolutely no idea it went to Billboard and was famous worldwide! 🤯 So proud. I wish the music video had cc subtitles so foreigners watching can understand and appreciate it even more.

it was about a son whose parents were very happy when he was born. but then he grew up wayward and didnt consider his parents advice. he got into drugs and his parents were sad until he couldnt hold it anymore and asked help from his mother and regretted everything. This song got very famous in Japan then worldwide.

What i loved about ka-Freddie songs is that it's mostly very heartfelt especially all his ballad songs he always performs/sang from the heart.🥰 I always listen to his music whenever i am busy doing house chores and it made me feel so relaxed while cleaning my home and not easily got tired.😅 Even tho i am not from his generation, i am a 90's kid but i really appreciated all his music and the message of his songs.😘❤

This is a Philippine Classic song. ANAK Rock version by Sarah Geronimo is my favorite. Her live performance in Los Angeles is the best version, i recommend it.
