well 3 years ago my wife got a new off brand facet for the kitchen sink talked my oldest daughter though putting it in 3 months ago had to replace it I got a Delta had my younger twin put it in now they know how to do it for themself the off brand was 70 my wife is pissed I spent 265 for the delta if she would have spent 265 we would have saved 70 + labor but only 1 of my twins would know how to change them LOL

Just thought I'd throw out a suggestion and idea see cuz I know it drives me crazy too and I'm younger I just turned down the water pressure and it stops doing that loud noise you know the flushing the sound and then that you know pound when it stops but they're talking about but I also don't know high pressure hissing noise drives me crazy so I usually turn them down whenever I run an apartment when I move out I'll turn them back up

The toilet, I think, is an Eljer Windsor, I’d have to see the trapway in the bowl, at first it looked like a Kohler Rialto. Quite a rare toilet, especially in blue, and it dates from the 1970s-80s.

Steve, I find the health tips more useful than the cooking v-logs. (I already know how to fatten-up)! I did not realize that they added stuff to beer to make it more addictive. Thanks! I do know that alcohol is addictive, enough already. I also read that it does bad things to your blood cells; yet a "moderate" amount seems to be healthy for you. I once joked to a guy in the checkout line: "Hey, alcohol kills germs! How bad could it BE?"

There's a cool little trick for the older generation first off water pressure nowadays is a lot higher than what it used to be so on the toilet all you got to do to make it quieter just turn it down the you know handle next to the toilet to turn down the water pressure so it doesn't make as much noise

Yeah I have a boiler question I went to Carlin school back in 8889 or something up in Connecticut for their Factory what's a very good school class for I think three days on oil 100 CDR 99101 anyway the question really is you coming from Massachusetts and I noticed you have a lot of Beckett burners on your boilers and furnaces compared to Carlin and that's just amazes me because you're so close to Connecticut I would think you'd have more Carlin burners
