OMG This is the best game I have ever seen in a while. At first I thought it was very complicated for my taste but now when I watch this run-through a lot of the actions became clear. If it wasn't priced so high I would order it immediately.

That one blue piece he forgot to remove was driving me crazy! But I'm going to buy this game :D

During the feast, "one tile of each type may be placed horizontally .... all other tiles of that type must be placed vertically." BTW: I heard one of the expansions will offer honey as a luxury good, making the "Bee Trader" much more lucrative.

Wow, this is so much more interesting than I had initially thought. The only hesitation is that I just ordered the Northsea trilogy... With Vikings already on the shelf, how many Viking games does a boardgame addict need? 😉

I don't know if this is said already but at 14:15 Richard forgets to add silver to the other Islands...

It's great that you can now see the notes on a mobile device if you turn on Kingon captions, but I do miss being able to see them in the show notes. Are they no longer going to be listed in the show notes so people can also check them there?

Thank you for these, they are great. One question - are you holding a camera up throughout this? For all 40 minutes? If so, how are you not getting cramps in your arm?? :)

At 16:28, wouldn't Jen get a new occupation card for using a 3 worker action?

Random rule question that I may have missed: If you need to fill up all that space to get the income boost, does that include having to cover spaces that generate stuff? So, for example, would have have to cover up that mead space in order to get the higher income of 2?

I love Rahdo, but oh my god it's like watching 40 minutes of Analysis Paralysis. After 15 minutes I'm screaming "Just PICK something!!!" at the screen!!!

I don’t think I would play euros with you then. Can’t stand playing them when people insist on just picking stuff on a whim and not taking time to strategise.

I was hoping you'd explain the Raiding/Pillaging/Hunting more thoroughly , the manual's explanation on these is a mess

i know im kinda necroing here, but my friend just bought the game (feast for odin), and raiding/pillaging/hunting/trapping is the one thing throwing us off

is it just me or is this game just ridiculously over complicated?
