That is not what dry-snitching is, its when you indirectly/unintentionally tell on yourself or others. A rat, is someone who tells on his own people. A snitch is someone involved in the illegal activity, but tells to save themself or get paid. An informant is a "snitch" who does it as a job for the police. A citizen, uninvolved in all of the matter, is none of those... Not that any of that matters much lol
