Can we do advance level sorting in which, let's say I have two data and telling the excel to sort the data basis two logic. Column A value should be greater Column B value should be smaller and excel should give me result which finds the optimal value which matches both the criteria. In your example the sorting is done by - 1st sorting column A and then sorting in internal data of column B

Hi, for this, you will need to use a feature called 'advance filter' in the Data tab in the menu. I'll make a video for this and put up soon!

But suppose I am sorting this data and I want the highest ROI and highest Cost data. That is the only criteria I have for the advanced filter but I don't want to pass the value as criteria, I want excel to understand the highest ROI and Highest Cost value in the data and give me results. How this can be done then? Region (User location) Cost ROI Bihar 1,509,191 8% Uttar Pradesh 809,337 -3% Karnataka 744,634 8% Delhi 683,904 5% Telangana 615,799 5% Gujarat 498,778 -3% Tamil Nadu 489,825 7% West Bengal 406,740 -2% Haryana 358,212 0% Rajasthan 336,795 -1% Madhya Pradesh 313,659 9% Maharashtra 291,503 -7%

Highest roi and highest cost will not be possible to show both on top together, coz they both are in separate records, makes sense? Not sure if I've answered your question correctly

@@Excelrush I agree. But considering the highest ROI and Highest Cost logic I want excel to show me OPTIMAL result. Example excel should find an equilibrium in highest cost and roi and show results. If manually done - I can take ROI average and Cost average and put the dual filter for both to get result, but that's manual work. Isn't excel has any such functionality?
