Please extent the roof above the stairs. We need protecting against the rain and the stairs get slippery. Else very nice.

Wow! However houses with roofs like these should not be built in typhoon prone areas. A strong typhoon wind will uproot these roofs in one puff!

Iadjust talaga ang design ng bahay lalo na kung dinadaan tlaga ng bagyo na malalaks yung lugar. But yes sarap ng may maaliwalas na bahay at napapaligiran ng mga puno :)

Hello Architect. Ang ganda po ng Design. With the right materials and little adjustments po sa tingin q ma sosolve yung issue regarding sa mga typhoon prone areas. But Overall . Npaka ganda ng design. May we know nasa magkano po aabutin ng gantong bahay? Rough estimate po. Thanks in advance. ❤

House is around 10m++ more or less. Kung walang space sa baba it would be cheaper.
