I'm going to translate only the parts that I can count as really important. He says I'm working with the guy named Ayhan, he was using the old techincs, using the editing machines so fast but he wasn't good with computers. But It doesn't matter because the important thing is the idea in editing, not the way of doing it. In time I liked his way of editing way and ideas. Also he says Editing is the one of the most creative things in a movie. Of course all the directors has taste of different type of editings but in my cinema I really care about editing. Sometimes I don't know the levels about somethings at filming or scripting. But at editing, you can adjust those levels, you can find that what you really want.
