1 giant, 2 humans. Tarr is one of the greatest of all time, no doubt. Reygadas and Api are not even close to be a maestro.

I love how she asked the question at the end. He is a bad actor he doesn't know what he want to say he is just interested in the slow cinema movement and copies and learns the technique. He talks about presentation and All he does is by using technique is reproduce. The Tarantino of slow cinema. you keep on talking about intuition but it's about transforming your reason to intuition so the audience can feel it. It plays on the intuition of the Audience not yours!

Sounds like it went over your head and this fact has rubbed you the wrong way. Transforming reason to intuition would entirely defeat the purpose.

Don't waste your time with this video. Just Carlos with an hour of pretentious meandering that goes nowhere. Guy seems really full of himself. Apichatpong is the man but he says maybe 100 words in the entire video.

Jajaja que risa, pobre Reygadas está más perdido que nada, se siente s la par del maestro Bela Tarr, qué vergüenza. Solo es un lambiscón. Pobre mexicano debería dejar de hacer cine barato.

Enrique Godinez mira su actitud Reygadas se siente que está a la par de los grandes, escúchalo, en sus palabras no dice nada a comparación del maestro Bela Tar. Carlos es un falso cineasta que derrocha millones para llenar su ego, el mejor cine mexicano no está en esos festivales pretenciosos. Aprendan a escuchas , a leer y a observar. No hablen estupicedes como Carlos . No sigan a esos falsos personajes

Oye, no más te digo que el mismo Bela Tarr es el que escoge a los ponentes en la escuela de Sarajevo. Los escoge por que conoce y admira su obra, así como las aportaciones que éstos han dado al cine. Todos los ponentes que han asistido a la escuela de Bela Tarr, han sido seleccionados e invitados por él. Pues ese que llamas Maestro, es el que escogió a Reygadas para que funja, precisamente, de maestro en Sarajevo.

@@gegseg8494 Bela Tarr admira a Carlos Reygadas y a Apichatpong y ambos tienen películas en "The Criterion Collection" así que no cualquiera es escogido para formar parte de su colección de culto junto a Bergman o Tarkovsky y los mejores cineastas del mundo. Mientras tanto un don nadie como tú lo insulta, jaja menuda envidia, dices que hace cine barato y luego dices que derrocha millones??? Te contradices como todo un ignorante odiador, en festivales serios como Cannes nadie paga ni soborna como si fuera Hollywood, los tres hacen cine independiente y con escaso presupuesto, a Bela Tarr también lo llaman "pretencioso" esa palabrita usado ironicamente por los autenticos pretenciosos, frikis, snobs y psudocinefilos.
