That did sound confusing. She also stated she doesn’t wash every part of her body so maybe she only uses that in specific places. She should elaborate more on that!! 😬❤️

I like the boie body scrubber. It’s made of silicone so it can be boiled to sanitize periodically, and the flat one just sticks to your shower wall

A dermatologist once told me poufs and loofahs should not be used with exfoliating products since the combination of both could damage the epidermis. A pouf is not necessary with any type of scrub, even the gentle versions.

Actually, I heard from a board certified dermatologist to be wary or avoid Dove soap because they are still scented even if it’s the original scent. It could still trigger for those with sensitive skin.

I think most dermatologists don’t recommend toner. Not because they are bad, just unnecessary. Toners were invented to clean any makeup residues that remain on your skin after you wash, as well as balancing your PH level for applying other skin care products. But nowadays, most cleansers are better at cleansing your face, as well as not changing PH level much after you use them.

Mona calls what she uses a pouf - the loofahs she's referring to are the ones typically on sticks that have a harsher head on them. See how that might have been confusing! That being said, let us know if you know of a more eco-friendly option than the pouf!

Is soaking in a hot bath every night bad? And I use Aveeno Skin Relief body wash which is also fragrance free. It leaves my skin feeling so smooth and not stripped at all.

It’s been proven that a Aveeno is not all vegan it also has chemicals in certain problems

What I learned from Young Living Facebook groups is fragrance in is bad for you. I used to use dial body wash get heat rashes, same with dove. I use homemade body wash now and no more heat rashes. You can get both of my soap at Farmers Market

I toss mine in the washer on gentle with cold water and air dry them. :)

Did she just say I don’t cleanse every part of my body??? What about keratin buildup??

Everyone do what is best for them, but shaving down my leg instead of up was the worst thing I could have done; So many razor bumps, horrible idea for myself as least.

Yes I've read that shaving with the hair on your legs i.e. down the leg, is better, but It's hopeless. Shaving up the legs gives a closer shave.

I’m just still stuck on her saying she doesn’t bathe every part of her body only the smelly parts 🤔 they all can get smelly at different points or depending on activity so 😂😂😂

Talks about sustainability yet NOT ONE sustainable product in that shower.

That's not a loofah in her shower, that's a pouf. They're 2 different things.

What is the purpose of a bathrobe? To wear it while you moisturize? You put it on then take it off to moisturize "immediately after the shower? 🤦🏽‍♀️
