Hard disagree on the donut thing. The entire food economy relies on being able to trust that stuff isn’t tampered with. If crap like that were to catch on, the entire thing collapses and everything has to either sold gatekept via person or the packaging has to change in a way that is more expensive and worse for the environment.

There's more to the beef of Selena and Demi and Demi and Taylor. The finsta went live and Demi was there with a friend, and thats why people thought the finsta was hers. And Demi for several years after her friendship with Selena ended kept sub tweeting, @ Taylor, and shading her on her insta. One instance I can think of rn is when Kesha was going through her legal battles with Dr. Luke, Taylor donated money to help her, and Demi tweeted about (and I'm paraphrasing here but this is the gist of it) how money doesn't solve the problem and spreading awareness does.

And even if Demi’s past behavior isn’t the best, people have also pointed out times when Taylor and especially Selena have been shady, so maybe all of them are as toxic as each other, at least privately…Taylor and Selena are just better at hiding it, and have cultivated fan bases that are prepared to be ride-or-die for them even when they’re wrong, while Demi largely doesn’t, because of those prior contentious fan interactions.

I saw a post somewhere that in honour of her last birthday, google her name and your own birthday and reply with whatever drama she was involved in on that date. And the fact that it was genuinely possible to find something for every date is astonishing. I found out azealia was involved in like 3 different dramas just on my birthday 😂

Quick important context about the Ariana thing, she went on a fatphobic rant right before or after the doughnut licking. Interesting Casey didn't mention this at all, maybe they didn't know. That's why the doughnut licking keeps coming up to this day, at 1st it sounds absurd until you realize she was connecting donuts to fat people, hence her being so "disgusted" with America.
