Ye, but more, he doesnt just stick up for them, he saves them. He endures unbearable suffering in order to save them.

Where exactly in Chazal do the exact words "Moshiach ben Dan" appear? Or is this R.Kessin's own concept? In addition to references in Chazal to the words "Moshiach ben Yosef" and "Moshiach ben Ephraim", there is also a reference to a "Moshiach ben Menashe" (Midrash Bamidbar Rabba, Nasso 14).So together with Moshiach ben David, we could have FIVE Moshiachs walking around in the Messianic Age!

It is mentioned by the RamChal in Otzrot Ramchal Megilat Rut. Rabbi Kessin expands on it in much greater detail. Btw, a remez in the Torah is the son of Don. חושים בן דן. The word חושים scrambled is משיח. Also look at what חושים did, its the role of the mashiach, although Reb Shimon says Mashiach will being Eisav to teahuvah.

Wow and this generation is dorian gray because people are masked in AI but they look normal in real life.

Sulam Commentary: הסולם על ספר הזהר, בלק קע״ט:א׳ הנושך עקבי סוס: זהו עירה שהיה עם דוד, שהיה בא מדן, ובזכותו תלה גבורתו בדוד, שכתוב, ויעקר דוד את כל הרכב. ויפול רוכבו אחור, זה שריה, העתיד לבא עם משיח בן אפרים, והוא בא משבט דן, והוא עתיד לעשות נקמות ומלחמות בשאר העמים. וכשזה יקום, אז תחכה לגאולתם של ישראל. שכתוב, לישועתך קויתי ה'. ואע"פ שהעמידו מקרא הזה, אבל בירורו של הדבר הוא כמו שאמרנו, וכמו שהעמידוהו. ועל זה בא הכתוב, ומוכיח.

Please do not use Sefaria because it is written by heretics and there are many mistakes in sefaria that are wrong! The Rabbis in Lakewod ruled it is forbidden to use Safaria! Thank you for your cooperation!

Yair Davidiy: The future Messiah will come from Judah. He will be a descendant of David. He will have a mother from Dan. Source: Midrash Agada, Buber, on Genesis 49:9, Yalkut Shimeoni. [Another version says that the mother of the Messiah will be from Naphtali. Dan and Naphtali were full-brothers the sons of Jacob and his concubine Bilhah.] Seems to imply that Moshiach's Mother is Black.
