For those who didn't get the ending ... The detective explained how she got the scar and got away ...she said she pulled his eye out ... They never caught him ... Baby girl was asking her mom about her real father and she looked him up online ... The guy who attacked the detective was baby girls dad .... Poor wife was just clueless. Trusted everything and didn’t even know what was going on under her own roof. And all that darn crying at the police station. Not helping a bit. Pull yourself together and put some clues together before you go to prison for something that you did not do.

It was too late. When she found those underwear and bloody glove and jewelry, she had time to drop it off to the police. Did she do that? No. She sort of was her own undoing. The girl was the only actress I liked. Her development in the script was simple. The husband/Killer was horrible. If he was so intent on not being caught he would have never left the evidence where the wife could find it. Putting the detective body in her car was bad enough but truthfully, the partner should have arrested him on suspicion because when they pulled up on him outside of the building, he spoke to the cop about fixing his car. The plot was a good idea just not carried through properly. I liked it enough to want to see the second one despite it's flaws.

Good Movie. It got to be a part 2. So the father attack the Lieutenant Cop (eye patch at the end) and "Fine" was used to describe the husband. It got to be used as a sign/indication that the friend was liking/ploting on/with her man. Over all, damn good movie but I feel there have to be more to this story. Thanks for sharing.

I think the eye the detective pulled out was that of the girl's real father. When she went to see him, he had one eye. So both the biological and Stepdad were killers including the daughter and the Mom's friend. The ending was too abrupt though. Both detectives were foolish and were careless about how they executed their job. The information came to them on a platter and it was overlooked....very poor investigations!

This was pretty good, kept my attention. A sequel should definitely be in the works, if not already.

It's been quite some time Maverick that I've had to sit back and relax with one of your movie installments and as usual you never fail to satisfy me. I read a lot of the comments and people are so funny 🤣. I must say though I enjoy the movie immensely it was a great cliffhanger and with all the unanswered concerns people stated or criticisms, I recognize that unfortunately the wife was just surrounded by psychotic people beginning with Samantha's father and I hope that in the sequel of which I look very forward to seeing, that the wife comes out the Victor. This was a very unique and awesome Thriller, thank you. 🙏🏽.

I appreciate the suspense though some details were just obvious. I truly admire the writers and the fact they are a husband and wife team. I pray to meet a partner I can be creative with and be in love with at the same time. That’s an idea for a good love story. Get Syd Field Screenwriter, a lot of times when movies end abruptly its because they didn't start from the end in writing the screenplay.

Since when does a serial killer exhibit strange behavior. Hell, that's why they get away with it for so long because they lead otherwise normal lives!

The mother's second mistake was not going to the police station directly with the proof. They would have done a stake out on her husband and catch him in the act with a "decoy" walking in the park.

I must admit I read some of the comments as I was watching this movie, and I was not going to finish watching it. However, I’m glad that I continued to watch it because it ended up being really interesting. I enjoyed it despite of the negative comments.

This was a very good drama movie. People never know the dark secrets other persons carry in their personal lives. Katherine did not know her husband Charles was a mass killer.

I've been watching these movies for years and this is the absolute worce I've ever seen. Hard to watch . what kind of a Detective tells a suspect that his wife calls in and reports that he is a suspect

Samantha main child Actress is just fantastic I hope she will get to the top she is beautiful, gorgeous and smart child actress. Her acting is A+++ I wish her best of the best acting career ahead you are mind blowing and her acting is so natural and better than the most of the actors and actresses in this film. This is my first film of her just enjoying from the start and now at the middle of the film hoping for the best ending.

These detectives didnt do their jobs well...If that was First 48 they BOTH wouldve been caught

Good job. I enjoyed watching this film. Great concept. The film covered a lot of different topics: bullying, betrayal, lust, infidelity, abandonment, etc.
