Hi Harry, thanks for your support. that Chilli Jam. 🌶 enjoy your travels..
The man the myth the legend
You just cant make a bad video.... honestly I get so much inspiration to cook from your vids and on top of that I am not a good cook, but I feel like I can have a go after watching your work.. keep up the vids Champ
I'm personally hanging out for Fire to Fork Wanklets to be a thing
Another bucket list meal for the fire. The chicken looked perfect. Great vid, keep 'em coming.
Awesome, wow, great to see you do the paddle wheel "Chicken". Seen so many videos of this but great to see how it's set up. I could almost taste it. Beautiful location. Loved the river sound in the background... Cheers Mark..
That ‘chicken’ looked amazing! So many great meals to try from your book and your videos. Keep up the great work!
Great tucker. I often use your recipes while camping. Great job thanks for a great vid
Couldn't believe Crocs made it onto the episode but that chicken looked incredible! 4 1/2 hours isn't that long to wait for perfection.
Incredible bit of bush engineering, great work fellas that chicken looked amazing
Such a great ep! That chicken looked absolutely delicious.
Great spot ,great company and excellent chicken. Thanks Harry, cheers.
That is awesome. Loved the idea of beer cans for paddles. The only way to cook chicken. Well done. Cheers from Canada.
You never cease to impress Harry! That “chicken” looked unreal. Looking forward to seeing the interview with the top tier meme lord 👌
That chicken looks amazing! Lovely vid again :D
"Chicken", have been watching your videos for quite a while and love them all but this one really looks like I need to try it on the next trip!! Great job!
Hi Harry, Loved the innovative rotisserie, The "Chicken" looked amazing done in brine, thumbs up!!!
Cowboy seems like one of the old salts I used to work with during harvest time. Calm and straight forward... Even with a tractor flipped over while playing chicken.

Love the “chicken” rotisserie in the river. Bet it tasted amazing. Really makes us want to try it. What a beautiful spot. ♥️
“CHICKEN” loved this episode! I’m a rotisserie fan and seeing what you’ve done water driven is Fuckin awesome 👏 thanks
"Chicken” Thank you 🙏 always love your vids... You’ve taken my camp cooking up another notch 😊🔥⛺️
I'm from Canada and I follow him cus he's hilarious eh🇨🇦🤣 what a legend
As an avid camper and chef by trade, thats one of the most amusing ways i have seen in 32 years on how to cook a chicken. I bet it tasted awesome too.
Awesome episode 👍👍🔥🔥
OMG, The Chicken looked the Soooo good. Couldn't find a better place or way to cook it. Brillant. Thanks for the show. Cheers
The elusive Mr Tuned! can't believe he is a croc puffer jacket man 🤣 but seriously that Chicken on the spit paddle wheel idea is sweet 👌
Hi Harry, What a great idea for cooking a Chicken. Instead of using Tape maybe some wire would have been good to tie the paddles to the shaft. I carry a few small rolls of various gauge wire and even a few wire coat hangers they take up no room and its amazing what you can fix with a bit of wire. Keep the great videos coming. Cheers Pieter
Great vid!!! I'll have to give the water wheel rotisserie a go for sure, can't go past chicken, chips and beer 🤤
code words "chicken" haha i love this idea still yet to try it out but it looked awesome i love watching your vids mate glad to see your delica back on the road again,
I tell you what Harry, when you went down for that final check of the chicken, I swear I could almost smell it back over here in WA. That looked amazing!
That is the best looking CHICKEN we’ve seen in a long time! We recently got our first 4x4 (Prado of course) and the radios would be perfect as our next mod!
Love a good colab video were you sit around a fire and enjoy some “chicken”. Keep up good work harry
Nice work Gents. The 'Chicken' looked great. Might give that a try myself. Great channel.
Well done on yet another video that has me raiding the fridge. Having that chicken on the rotisserie was brilliant. Only 1 comment to make on the meal. You forgot the green stuff to make it healthy.
Glad you didn’t chicken out on building the water wheel, love your videos. 🐓
We will be trying that method of cooking " Chicken" next time we are out camping with the family. Thanks for the content it's always top notch and the uncut version was entertaining also.
Everyone knows river water is good for your finished spit chicken. Looks like cowboy loved it, can’t wait to hear the interview
I like how you show the reality of cooking your "chicken" and not the glamour version.
Chicken. Just did a rotisserie chook this weekend but it wasn’t water powered! Love your stuff Harry and Mr Tuned!
omg that chicken looked so tasty (lemon myrtle next time?) i can't wait to start our trip around Aus just bought a coaster and will be dragging the triton along to get a bit more remote, there's nothing like cooking in the bush and banging out some good tucker. great vid I'll be giving this a crack along my travels... ps the only thing missing was the nice thick gravy.....mmmmm chicken chips and gravy

Looks well worth the wait and tastes like "chicken" should taste. I've got one of those braais kicking around the back so might try this recipe in my garden. No river though so will just get my 3 year old to turn the spit. He'll love it he's always telling me he loves camping.

OMG THAT " CHICKEN" looked divine. Great job. Lucky there were enough beers to last the cooking process. 👍
Have started using a home made tripod to hang meat over the coals and has turned out awesome. Love the inspiration, looks like now I’ll have to try a river powered rotisserie Chicken! West is Best 🍺
What better cooking theatre than chicken rotisserie on the water. And you nailed it. I have to try this.

Good to see you plucked up the courage, and weren’t too chicken to meet with Cowboy Tuned. I wonder if he will keep his mouth zippo about your antics... or will it be all about me,me, memes.
I'd love to try building a river rotisserie but I'd be a bit chicken... Great video fellas!
Awesome clip my friend Code word “Chicken “ Can’t wait for the next clip
"Chicken"! code word should have been "Chook" lol. Great set-up. I would love to try this, but I don't think after a "few tins later" it would be any good in my campsite/ Very inspiring!
"Chicken"another cracking episode lads!!
Code word is “chicken” love your work mate.
Mr tuned loves his chicken ! That was an awesome idea
Brave man Harry, I would have been too chicken sh*t to cook over water for 4 hours and risk it going for a swim. Looking forward to the next vid.
CHICKEN! Looked so good, loved the waterwheel😂👍🏻 But that steak was the winner for me 🤤🤤🤤
Nifty trick with the paddle wheel and a spit, I like it. That chook looked wicked mate (Yes I know I didnt use the codeword but I have your book and I have GME Handhelds so let it go to someone else lol). Mr Tuned would be cool to meet but I think he would call the cops on me being I drive a Petrol Pajero lmfao.
Awesome vid. You definitely need to create your own fire to fork "Wankit". Who doesn't love a spit roasted chicken
“Chicken” I’m going to get a rotisserie now. Or Frankenstein one up for camping. Great idea.
Tins before tents! Also.. chicken
That “chicken” on the "MacGyver" rotisserie looked great!
Now the real question? Was the CHICKEN worth Waiting Awhile? Love that rotisserie setup, great job mate.

Now thats how you cook a "Chicken". Also I had wondered about the sauces at the Delica Garage, thats awesome that its his mums.
I'm not chicken to admit, I loved this episode!
There's a business here in Launceston called Charcoal Chicken and I'm sure it would be a completely different experience to what we've all watched here!!

I have to agree with cowboy on the steak thing, rump cooked just past blue, sliced thin is bloody awesome its just everyone overcooks it.
How a classic Aussie blokes camping trip should be!! Two blokes, one “chicken”, and 6 tins Spittin in a river.
