Ғылым және технология
Have you ever wondered what it’s like living in Berlin as a developer? Our new series, DevCities, lets you explore some of Europe’s popular cities through the eyes of a developer living and working there. We're kicking things off with Dasha, a software engineer at SoundCloud, as she takes us to a few of her favourite spots in the city of currywurst.
Watch our DevCities Paris episode here: • A Day with Paris Devel...

..... ok but whats your day like as a soundcloud developer? - Hows your day structured? - What's an example of a recent project you've worked on? - Who do you interact with to make a project successful? This is a nice video and all but it isn't a "day in the life of an x" video. Its a developer story.

Yes! People always ask for my help and swear they’ll never understand how I know the stuff I know. Honestly the only difference between me and them is that i didn’t give up. When an error comes up or code doesn’t work just don’t give up! If you just keep on not giving up, you’ll eventually see every bug and problem and you’ll be able to spot errors in other peoples code and not make those mistakes. Google is your friend. Frustration is your friend, swim in it, live in it. Eventually it loses its sting.
I know this is not what you'd expect from "A day in the life of a ..." video, but for anyone who's struggled (or still is struggling) with hardships of software development/computer science, this video is still helpful. It is nice to see a down to earth person who has gone through something similar and has not given up, and has found their dream job through their perseverance.

Can I just say how amazing the production quality is? The video ended up much more interesting than what I thought it'd be: a timelapse of eating free snacks in front of blurred screens.
this resonated so much with me, and with how i felt as a junior developer moving from the countryside to vienna.

i like the wisdom she shared
this video was so wholesome :^)
It is good that she mentioned that she still struggles with getting her code to work. It is great for new and not so new developers to hear that from people in the industry especially ones that work for high profile companies. That said I have to echo some of the other comments disappointed with the lack of expansion on the actual development part of life. Still I found the video to be enjoyable nonetheless.
I gave like because of her beautiful voice
Cool video
I think this is a perfect profile, ok Maybe just if she mentions if she likes React etc would tick a box but honestly Berlin is so interesting
