I discovered this band in high school. This girl in my weight lifting class stood in line in front of me for roll call and I noticed she wore a “Homesick” tee. I thought she was super cute and was very shy, so I looked into ADTR as a conversation starter. I was blown away by this album, and this song in particular! I finally got the courage to talk to her and ask what her favorite song was from ADTR…she said she doesn’t listen to them, it was her boyfriend’s shirt 🥲 Anyway, found a lifelong band that I love in the end, so thats what matters haha

What I love about ADTR is the singer doesn't sound like he has been kicked in nuts to many times when he sings.

2023 and this songs still hits home.

Taking a trip down memory lane gearing up for maybe going to Vegas I remember seeing these guys at an elks club in nh when this album dropped. Absolutely wild. Floor show, packed, noone holding crowd back. Kid jumped off floor speaker and landed on the girl I was with and wrecked her back. I wasn't even mad. It was awesome. Had to sit out half the show but so epic.

I had this album on repeat on my iPod back when I was a senior in high school in 09. I also had the cd so I could listen to it on my CD player haha still one of my favorites!

My friend Matthew sadly took his own life on November 13th of 2019 and the first 20 or 30 seconds of this song was his ringtone. It's now my ringtone as well and thanks to him and that ringtone, I got hooked on metal.

I'm glad the old ADTR is back Blessed Be.

I see a lot of nostalgia comments, I'm 40 and even though I've heard of this band, I'm hyped for something new that feels like I've heard it a lot.

They have a story to tell, albums to sell, but most importantly they got lyrics to yell.
